I scheduled services for my Maytag washer and dryer units. I did receive helpful feedback on the dryer. However was told to try additional cleaning method for the washer and they could not remove the agitator without breaking it and that would cost ME more money to replace. What sort of repair company works like this? They cannot perform the steps to repair without breaking a part and then charge me to replace said part? I'm also attaching two photos of how messed up they left the laundry area. Tossed my items all over the floor, left vent lint on the floor, and didn't place units back. Unbelievable to leave an area worse than you found it. I would never hire such a person and I definitely would not recommend this company based on this experience.

Bought a dishwasher with a bad motor. Under warranty all appliance came out and fixed it. Appliance works fine now. Sadly the tech said they don't come out to Missouri valley. The only reason they came this time was because whirlpool paid them double their rate.All Appliance is leaving a lot of potential business on the table by ignoring Harrison County.Should get 5 stars but their attitude about our community only rates them one.

I had a technician out to repair a part on a recall order. Now my dishwasher is not sitting in the casement correctly and falls forward when the door is open. I did not hire this company, Whirlpool did and I have sent them an email as well describing the issue.

Wow I am so impressed with All Appliance!! My freezer wouldn't close. I called All Appliance and they were at my door within 30 minutes and when Shawn opened the freezer drawer I noticed the ice scoop was in backwards! FIXED IT!! Shawn called the office and got the service call waved!!!!!! I will DEFINITELY call All Appliance if and when the need arises!! Thank you Shawn!

I found this company very frustrating. First, they cancelled one appointment made me another of course in those time frames of 8-12, the guy shows up at 1150. I had given them exactly the problems what parts they would need, serial numbers when I booked the appointment, yet the guy shows up with his iPad, listens again to the issues, felt for dryer drum, mother board for dishwasher and motor for turntable on microwave. Does not open any appliance or look, test anything tells me part not available for dishwasher so needs replacement, he will need to order felt for dryer (why then I spend my time telling them serial numbers and part needed before he came), microwave will be ridiculous amount to fix (more than buying a new). He spends more time on his iPad creating my bill of $250 for his services of that day. What services? They will call me when part comes in and again charge for their service to put in. Is this how all service companies work now? Not a happy customer.

Even though the supplier took months to get the replacement part for our frig, Tom from All Appliance came within days of getting the part and made sure everything worked before he left. We have had him service our appliance before, and he is very conschientous and knowledgeable.
