Alegent Creighton Clinic

This review is for the nursing and support staff at the Dundee clinic. Insurance companies have a way of making things overly complicated and expensive. The people working here are experts at cutting red tape, finding good (i.e. affordable) solutions, and getting the job done right. Very grateful to them for their help!

This clinic is close to my home so I have used it for years. It has been one of the most poorly managed operations I have ever encountered. Prescriptions are not called in to the pharmacy. Paperwork is messed up. My brother's insurance claim was not filed in a timely manner just as his policy was switched to a new company, so he got stuck with a bill his old company should have paid, etc.

I recently had a horrible experience here! The doctor I used to see moved to another clinic, so I decided to try another doctor since the facility is convenient. The woman "so-called" doctor was rude, short and did not seem to care whatsoever about my health and well being. I had a horrible cough, chest pain, and sinus drainage. She told me to take OTC allergy medicine and use nose spray. I went home extremely sick and ended up throwing up all night on top of it all. I will NEVER go to this clinic again!
