I wasn't a client, but an intern at this establishment. I'm in school to earn my PLDAC and was assigned to the South Street location to gain experience. I was only there for 3 weeks. What I experienced was definitely not professional. If you're looking for employment or a site to accrue hours for licensure, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The owner's Damien and Jodi will not hesitate to fire employees or ditch students. I was told not to return after just 3 weeks of being there because I needed to leave early to get to my actual job. Especially if you're a student, you will not be shadowing the PLDAC's directly. It's impossible to gain profound knowledge of the field if you're just there to do the work that the staff and counselors can't be bothered to do. I've heard from fellow student's that they've also had poor experiences there. The home is beautiful and the few clients I got to meet were excellent. The management, however, is not great!
