They are the ONLY " contracted" warranty repair company for Samsung within 150 miles of where I live. Have placed 5 service tickets with Samsung, they have CANCELED 4 without ever contacting me regarding the issue. The only time the "service tech" made contact and came out after waiting 4 weeks, he did not replace the part he was to replace. Instead, reset my TV, but billed Samsung for the part. Now Samsung refuses to repair the unit as Aksarben TV tells them they continue to find no problem....last time I checked, you can't find a problem if you don't look at the unit !!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AND AS FAR FROM THEM AS YOU CAN !!!!

Worst experience I have ever had with a repair company. They have been out to our house to fix our Samsung washer. They have ordered multiple parts and it is still not fixed. The guy was literally laying on the hood of his Jeep waiting for my husband to get there. Our neighbors had no idea who this person was. They do not return phone calls and obviously are not experienced in fixing washers. I would have given 0 stars if possible.

Soooo here we are 1 day later after the tech supposedly "fixed" my dishwasher. I attempted to run it this morning, and wouldn't ya know, it's doing the exact same thing it was prior to the 3 times a technician came and and attempted to "fix" my issues! And it's Saturday and they are closed so I guess we have to go until next week sometime to see if they can come up with another excuse as to why they can't fix it. I left them a not so friendly voicemail so they can start their Monday off on the right foot with me! Again I don't recommend this business to anyone!

Mike came to my home for a service call on my Samsung Washer and Dryer. While there he repaired my washer replaced my heating element in my dryer and informed me that dryer door was facing the wrong way and flipped it around for me at no charge. I would highly recommend this company again. Great customer service!!!

They are contracted by Samsung to repair their appliances. On my first visit the tech came out to diagnose the reason that my brand new refrigerator was not cooling. He identified the parts that needed to be ordered including taking pictures of them. He tells me that the parts will be ordered and the refrigerator should be fixed in just a few days. A few days later I get a call from the office letting me know that they would be available to install those parts the following week. I was unhappy but had no other choice since this was warranty work. I agreed to a time the following Tuesday between 9 AM and noon. I cleared my schedule at work so that I could be available. Noon comes and goes with not so much as a phone call letting me know that they would be late. I called the office to find out where the tech was and she told me he was running late. I again rearrange my schedule so the tech can still come that day. The tech arrives only to discover that the wrong part had been ordered. He attempts to put the original part back into my refrigerator where it creates a spark that scares him. He puts the refrigerator back together and I have no idea if the sparking part was left in the refrigerator or not. Again, I am told that the part needs to be ordered and that the refrigerator should be fixed in just a few days. A few days later I get another call from the office letting me know that it will be indeed, another week before someone can come out. So again, I clear my work schedule to accommodate a technician from 1 to 4 PM. At 4:05 I have heard nothing from anyone at Aksarben. I contacted the office to find out where the technician is. The office informs me that she will contact the technician and call me right back. After 30 minutes I hear nothing from Aksarben, I called the manufacturer to complain about Aksarben's service. The manufacture contacts Aksarben and is told that the technician will be out soon. That technician never called and never showed. I am now waiting for a callback from the manufacturer so that we can get a repairman from another company in to finally fix my refrigerator after a three week debacle.

I brought in my laptop and told them that the hard drive was crashed and could they retrieve anything off it? They charged me $40. They called me two days later and said the hard drive was crashed, so they couldn't do anything with it !!! I said, of course it is crashed, I told you it was crashed. They kept my $40 to repeat to me what I told them when I dropped it off!! Ridiculous. Stay away, they are clowns.

I had two Aksarben professionals come to my home to service the warranty on my LG refrigerator and was very impressed with their knowledge, their politeness and their personalities. Their names were Kris and Melissa and both REALLY seemed to enjoy their jobs and that in and of itself is a breath of fresh air. Both are great representatives of Aksarben TV and Digital and will always be welcome in my home.

Service guy came out to fix our fridge, paid the service fee for him to come out. Without fixing anything told my wife they would call with an estimate. Mean while we waited a week without food in our fridge and now we have to wait even longer. I thought repairs guys came and fixed that day. Maybe I'm wrong!
