Affordable Computer Repair

I'm just going to start by saying: This is the best computer repair shop I have ever done business with! I brought my computer in because I was encountering major performance issues with games and just all around online browsing. I have contacted dozens of tech support teams, posted in support forums, etc. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE was able to solve the issues I was encountering.However, Jessica and her husband Jeff were the only two individuals that were able to come to a solution. I can't thank them enough for all what they did. They made my system the number one priority, and continued to work on my system until it was completely resolved. They devoted time out of their work day and personal lives, to ensure that I was given the best possible results. Jessica even came to the shop after hours, to allow me to pickup my computer!Also, I was given the best customer service possible! They never proceeded on any work, until they talked the pricing options over with me. They explained everything they did on my machine in complete detail. Overall, they performed the necessary and proper actions to ensure I was happy with the end result, at an affordable price!As I stated before, I can't thank how much each and every one of you for exceeding my needs and making me happy! You were all so determined to get the job done! I will definitely be returning for ANY computer related issues in the future!

I don't use repair services often, but my five-year-old laptop was so slow, I could barely use it. This place is just great. They walked me through pricing and didn't try to sell me more than I wanted. I had them tune it up, and they offered to replace the hard drive for parts if I got it home and wanted it even faster. I decided to do that, and I had it back the same day! I am really happy with this place. Affordable, friendly and very trustworthy.

-DO NOT BUY YELP DEAL from them unless you only need a "cleaning". Voucher states $75 for $120 worth at Affordable Computer Repair Bellevue. My voucher was not honored bc the guy claimed that was only for a "cleaning". Ummm ok, considering it doesn't state that anywhere (not even fine print) on the deal. -In general assessment: Overpriced services, even waayyyyy over quoted on parts. (From Apple directly part was less than HALF of what they quoted me)-They don't credit over priced diagnosis towards work.

They fixed my laptop screen, but when I couldn't pick it up immediately they had a hard time finding it, when i did get there. They WERE in the middle of changing locations...I've had some ongoing issues wiith it that may or may not be related, but I'm reluctant to let it out of my hands again to get it looked at. Have used them for other repairs with no previous problem. Despite this latest time, I do recommend them

There are many computer repair ships out there to choose from, and when my Laptop was having issues booting and reading my ports, I decided to give this place a try. I'm glad I did! Steve was informative, professional, and the prices were very affordable. Highly recommend this place. They'll have my business from here on out.

Computer was fixed as promised and delivered on time. Was unable to talk to the person who fixed it when I picked it up and instead picked it up from the "lunchtime help." Two months issue I am having the same issues with the computer.

Perfect business for Bellevue! Great guy who does a good job for the people by the way he runs his business. Highly recommended!

I DESPERATELY needed my computer repaired quickly for my job--Steve was able to get it up and running for me FAST--but we BOTH knew it was quick fix--not fully done yet! I brought it back after my urgent job, and Steve took time to isolate the NEEDLE IN A HAYSTACK problem! FIXED IT FANTASTICALLY!!! I couldn't recommend this business MORE!!! INCREDIBLY GREAT WORK--FAIR PRICE!!!!!

I had a Mac that crashed and I tried to reboot it and the Bellevue location hooked it up and it's running like it did. So I tried again on my other computer but obviously I suck at it work ;). Taking him my other computer tomorrow to get fixed. Great guys

This is the BEST computer repair place I have EVER taken a computer to. And, I mean since 1998. They are honest and not expensive. Very pleasant and do not not and make your computer like they want. I will be taking my business there from now on.
