Affordable 24/7 Locksmith

I would like to change my last review about the company, there was a misunderstanding on my part as to what Mark said to me as I was frustrated, so got his information wrong that he gave me. He called about the review I wrote and explained what the problem was about the misunderstanding, and made it clear. He came the next mourning and fixed the door he new I had to go to work and got it done in time for me to make it in. He did a exceptional job, and I recommend him to anyone that what's to use the company. The quote he gave me was very cheep and the service was excellent!

I looked at their website before calling this company. Very clearly it said "no hidden fees" and "rapid response service". One site even indicated 15 minutes which I didn't take seriously since location makes a difference. Anyway, I called and got a quote, which seemed kind of high to me but I said okay since I needed to get into my house. About 45 minutes later they called to clarify my address- the person who took the info got everything wrong- house number, street, even north instead of south!This next guy said he would be right over & 15 minutes later he was. It took 5 minutes to get the door open, all good. Now to the bill: "We charge a $10 service fee plus $5 to use a credit card plus tax"! None of that was stated on the phone & I told him so. He waived both the service fee & the credit card fee, thankfully. Since he did that & did get the door open, I gave them 3 stars instead of 2. If I need to call again I get a 10% discount & no service fee. Hmm...if it I'm locked out again, I will take the time to call around before choosing a locksmith.

I locked my keys in my car on a recent visit to Omaha NE. The business I was stranded at recommended a competitor who was very friendly on the phone, quoted me a price and a timeframe of just over an hour. I didn't want to wait, so I called the next locksmith that came up on my search and very unfortunately, it was Affordable 24/7. The person on the phone was abrupt but said they would send someone in 15 minutes. The man showed up and immediately by the scowl on his face, I knew I should have waited. He offered no greeting or introduction and abruptly pushed my grandson out of his way. He very quickly opened my car and then surprised me with a charge almost double of what the competitor had quoted. I was so shocked and upset that he did not tell me the charge before the service. I would have refused and waited another hour for the recommended business. Lesson learned. I do not recommend calling this operation in Omaha.
