Aerial Bombshell

I LOVE AERIAL BOMBSHELL! It's such a fun place to come and dance and learn so many cool things! Been going for 6 years now and love it more than anything!! You should try out an aerial hammock class! This review is for and Aerial and Pole showcase. I was so impressed with the skill and talent of the ladies performing. There was a nice variety of pole and aerial hammocks, and there was one burlesque performer (I think because she'll have a newborn by their next burlesque show) and a hoop. They had everyone inside in the audience wear masks, so I appreciate that they were being conscientious of the pandemic. They also provided a few free beverages during intermission an outdoor fire show. The only thing I would say would be the chairs were pretty uncomfortable. But I understand folding chairs are very easy to put out and clean back up.

Very nice staff! The classes are $20 to try. It is amazing how much strength you need.They don't make your feel awkward or weird. They teach you the tricks matter-o-factly without any awkward innuendos, like I had feared. Super fun to do with friends. Make sure to bring SHORTS and a mat. You will regret forgetting both of them!

Our instructor was amazing!!!!!!! This was my bachelorette and her attitude and her energy were all our contagious! She took great pride in her business but also paid great detail on the level of her students. If you asked her a question she would help you or show you it again. She asked me about my wedding and made so many personal connections with me and my friends. If you need a fun girls night go here! You will walk away with an experience you will never forget!

Aerial Bombshell is my favorite place in Omaha! Lyndi is a wonderful instructor focusing on safety and technique while being supportive and encouraging!! No matter what the focus for class is we sweat and get a great workout! I can't say enough great things about this place! It is also full of the most amazing women! Everyone is so supportive and fun that it is impossible to not enjoy every class! All it took was one class and I was hooked!! I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a new way to burn calories!

I recently went here for a private class (bachelorette party). I was nervous, feeling awkward, and a little self-conscious but that didn't last long! This place is the real deal. They're all about expressing yourself through movement, self-love and feeling healthy. It's a workout, you're definitely using your muscles but you don't realize how much until about two days after class (holy moly were we sore!) but it was fantastic. So worth it. Will absolutely be going back.

I had a terrible expensive experience at this location last weekend. We where greeted with a hostile worker. Was told to be there 15 prior to session. When we arrived the door remained locked until 5 minutes before the class. 1 of the ladies brought Jell-O shots while we waited to enter. Not everyone partook. But the rude welcome from the instructor didn't want to hear anything that we said. Kept our money and locked the door . I travelled from another state to attend this class! I was disappointed and felt attacked. I do not recommend this facipity

I loved using Aerial Bombshell as a creative outlet and physical activity that was refreshing and a break from routine. However, after constant bullying from the owner, I have decided to unfortunately quit using the studio. Instructors throughout Bombshell are otherwise kind and competent teachers but Lyndi herself is rude and ineffective. Her lack of enthusiasm to teach is very discouraging. She makes a point of showcasing her own abilities at the expense of customers. When students try to learn and ask questions, Lyndi is very condescending and rude. I will not be coming back and neither will my friends.

Love this place. It's a lot of fun, so you don't feel like you're working out, but the next day you definitely know it's working. The instructors are good and knowledgeable. The classes are small so it's more of a personal experience and you don't feel judged for being a beginner.
