All staff members are friendly, and professional. I found the doctor to be especially knowledgeable. She has been able to solve eye health issues that my husband and I have been plagued with for years! I am so thankful to have found this optometrist!

I usually do not write reviews but we have had too many issues and today will be our last day. The experiences that my husband and I have had with the office staff have been less than desirable. It's always been such a fiasco for my high school kids to get their contacts ordered. It takes more time to place the order than the actual eye exams! From being down-talked and told that I need to "be more specific"... to not calling us when our contact orders have arrived. (they said they left a messages but we have no record of these calls). This has happened too many times and we will not be back.

Absolutely worst customer service in Omaha. Made an appointment, showed up and they said Drs don't come in those days. Reschedule for a different day, showed up and it had been canceled without them telling me. Ended up getting a bill for the cancelled appointment.

I was visiting family in Omaha and accidentally forgot my contacts. I called them up to see if they could help get a few extra pairs. A nice woman helped me out and called home eye doctor from out of state to get my prescription. She had extra sets ready for me to pick up in less than an 1 hour. They were tremendously helpful and professional. Thanks!

I'd stay away from Advanced Family Eyecare. Had my eyes checked by Dr Langl. A couple days after getting the new glasses, I went back because I couldn't see as clear as with the old ones, was told to give it 10 days. Did that, and then went back in, they redid my glasses to move the bifocal lower (even though I was telling them that longer distance, 15 - 20 feet was blurry, and you don't use bifocals for that). When the glasses came in my sight was still blurry. They told me to give it 10 days for my eyes to adjust. I made an appointment with my old optometrist (can't use him because of change in insurance, so paid for the exam myself). His Rx was alot different than the Rx I got from Advanced, and clear! I know people make mistakes, but the customer service at this place was just bad. The ladies helping me were condescending and rude. In all of it, it was my fault, the way I was wearing the glasses, and that I had to get used to them, never did they say about rechecking my Rx. Their solution to the issue was that they would send the glasses in with the prescription I got from the other optometrist, and then I could take the glasses to the other optometrist to have them checked. I told them I wanted a full refund, and would just go somewhere else.
