We had them out based on the glowing reviews here, and unfortunately our experience was anything but. We paid a consultation fee before they even came out of $29. Said it was due to a lot of looky-loos, fine. They gave us some estimates quickly, and I contacted them back via email to ask to go ahead with one of the two items. Never got a reply. So I called the office, was told someone would call me back, no one ever did. We ended up going with another electrician who did BOTH our items (installing an electric car charger and installing a new light fixture in a room that previously didn't have one) for just a bit more than AES had bid for JUST the light install. Not impressed and ticked off that we wasted $29 and we couldn't even get a return call or email.

I'm taking a break from reviewing Restaurants and bars because my wife thinks I'm drinking too much. Anyhoo..Used AES twice now. First time the wired my basement and it took them 2 days and multiple guys. The job was a little pricey but Dan did an excellent job. This time they came for a smaller job, gave me a reasonable estimate and did the job in a short time even when I couldnt stay at home. Thanks Jaime!

I set an appoint for first thing on a Monday morning at 8 am and the tech arrived as scheduled. The tech was very professional and friendly. He was thorough with getting everything checked out and didn't try to rush through the job. The price for getting a diagnosis, the service call and the estimate was very reasonable. The overall cost of the repairs was much lower than I anticipated. This is definitely a company to go with when seeking great service and fair rates.

Despite a bit of a communication issue and a longer wait for the installation than expected, it all turned out well in the end. Both the electrician and installation team did a great job, and I'm happy with the results.

I had AES company out yesterday because I just bought a house that had some electrical problems much to my heartache....... Two very polite young men came out to the house and fixed TWO issues quickly and professionally all the while explaining to me what was happening . I appreciated this so much being a woman in my 60s that they took the time to explain.Hopefully I won't need more electrical work BUT if I do I will use them.

Advanced Electrical Services arrived at 8:AM and completed their work by 11:AMBoth Doug and Dan were professional, efficient and was pleased with their service and expertise. I would highly recommended anyone who is in need of services to go through them. Their consultation is free and their services, I find, are excellent. I intend to do business with them again. I just purchased a home that was in the process of being remodeled. There was new wiring hanging from the ceiling in the utility room for items that had been rewired but not hooked up to the existing old style fuse box, the lights were flickering, and most of the electrical on the ground floor did not work. I researched and contacted Electrical Contractors to bid out the job of completing replacing the old service with a new breaker box, to sort out the wiring hanging from the ceiling and to get everything working again. Mr Electric sent Brian out to bid out the job. He did an excellent job of explaining exactly what needed to be done, cost, and how long it would take.I went with Mr. Electric and they sent Brian out to do the 2 day job. The quality of the workmanship is truly outstanding. Not only was the workmanship great, he also thoroughly explained everything, saved me a few hundred dollars on the job, went above and beyond making sure everything worked correctly, all wiring was safe, all circuit were labeled, the work area was cleaned up, and he showed me that there was an imbalanced load being delivered to the property that needed to be addressed by OPPD. Any future electrical work I need will definately be done by Mr. Electric.

I called them out to run a wire in my bathroom for an exhaust fan and to install a smart switch for my outdoor lights. The technician was very friendly and professional and very skilled and very fast. They even wear shoe protectors while in your house to keep your floors clean. The price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.
