I bought a Groupon for this company to have 5 rooms cleaned. I also added a room. Come to find out; the rooms only cover where you walk. It doesn't include under furniture or beds. I even offered to move the furniture myself and the owner advised he was already behind because he cleaned under some of my furniture. He even told me the carpet Inter my dresser was like "new" anyway so it didn't matter. Seriously?! When I went to move my daughters bed, he actually stopped me and said he wasn't going to clean that area of the carpet. Very disappointed. I will say the area that was cleaned turned out good. However, I had to point out a few spots that he missed. I won't be hiring this company again.

Charlie did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets following our move-out. Best prices and the place looked wonderful when he was done. Would recommend and use again.

Advanced Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job on our house! They were recommended to us by a friend and so we gave them a call. We called around to several places after (even Best of Omaha cleaners) just to price check but no one could beat their price. We even had a couple companies come out and do a quote but their price was double or even triple what ACC's was. We have over 3000sq feet of carpet and we were very satisfied with the work they did and their speediness. The only spots they couldn't get out were some that were really bad to begin with and we never expected to get them out. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Worst customer service experience EVER! I bought the Groupon for duct cleaning thinking I'd give it a try and see if it's something I should do routinely.My appointment was supposed to be in October. It was rescheduled 4 times!! The guy finally kept an appointment on November 30th. When he arrived at my house the first thing he did was tell me that I needed to put my two dogs outside in the cold, wet, snow because they "would get in his way". (They were both on leash and completely under control) Both dogs sat beside me the entire time he was in the house without making any attempt to get "in his way."He then started telling me instantly that this was going to cost me "at least $500 because what I bought really doesn't cover anything". He continued to try and add on charges after I'd refused many times. I had to get snippy with him that he was only going to do what was purchased and I wasn't paying $500 more for services. He then hauled in his equipment. He cleaned out my vents only.The Groupon stated that it included 1 return vent and 1 dryer vent or AC check. I only have 1 return vent/line and he refused to do that vent saying that it wasn't covered because it's the main return. No where on the Groupon did it exclude that. He did not ask if I wanted a dryer vent or AC check so I did not receive that service either. He had taken off my return vent cover in order to try and sell me extra stuff but did not screw in back on before leaving, he just left it hanging there.
