I've worn hearing aids for over 30 years and have had numerous hearing test over those years. Always, the hearing tests were done at no charge with the testing being used as a method to generate hearing aid purchases.Advanced Audiology administered the same tests that I have always received, nothing more. I elected to not purchase hearing aids from them because I was not comfortable that my needs were as important as their interest in selling me.Subsequently, They sent a bill to my insurance company for $305 with all of the coding for services which my insurance company paid their agreed amount and I was billed for $45, which I paid. I then contacted my insurance company and asked them to be aware of charges they were receiving from Advanced Audiology. I subsequently went to ENT Specialist where I was again tested, purchased hearing aids and am very satisfied.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

I've had to use hearing aids for the last 7 years. My old ones were going bad several months ago so I started shopping and comparing various brands at several different places. I went to Advanced Audiology and Dr Gillespie in February. His exam was very thorough and he explained the results in easily understandable terms. He even included my wife in the conversation while discussing the options that were available. I've been satisfied with the hearing aids I purchased. They have needed some adjustments the first couple of months, as I expected they would. I really don't know how much difference there is in equipment at comparable prices. The Widex aids are working good for my needs. For me the service you receive is just as, if not more so, important. The service I received before and after the sale has been EXCELLENT! Dr Gillespie sends emails every few weeks to make sure everything is working to my satisfaction. When any service or adjustments are needed he performs them promptly and professionally. I have never received service at this level from any hearing aid provider I worked with in the past. I would highly recommend Dr Gillespie to any friend or family member with hearing problems.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gillespie for the past ten years and couldn't be happier with his professionalism and caring attitude. I'm on my third set of hearing aids, this time the Resound LINX Quattro 9 model and they are a joy. I have four programs that Sam designed especially for me and I can control volume, tone and even wind noise on my smartphone which is fun to do. Hearing aid technology has come a long way in ten years and Dr. Gillespie always follows up after appointments to make sure everything is working Ok. I live in Kansas and I travel to Omaha to receive such good care because Dr. Gillespie has cerntainly gone out of his way for me.
