I visited this place a total of 4 times while I loved in Lincoln, at the recommendation of a friend.Every single time, I felt included and in charge with the decisions they were making with my car. They brought out the broken piece explained what problems and noises it caused, how much it would take to fix it and what to expect if I chose to leave it as is. I didn't feel pressured to spend more money. I brought my car in on one occasion, terrified of the noise it was making, and explained that time was an issue, he Dave promised men he'd do what he could, even being a man down. And they pushed me to the front and got it done just in time for me to make it to work. They've given me rides home and back to the shop when they've been able to take these time with my car and even offered me a ride to work on that particular day. These guys are amazing, reasonable priced customer driven guys. Tony is doing a fabulous job.

Tony Adams is the owner, although when you walk in you wouldn't know it as he is always ready to chit chat car talk and troubleshoot any problems... a super nice guy. It is great having a mechanic that you never have to second guess the work itself or if it is necessary. Don't ever go to the dealership again! Get your work done here. They will do a much better job at a fraction of the price, and you will walk away with the feeling that you had a friend do the work for you rather than wondering if you were ripped off by a shady mechanic.

These guys are reliable and reasonable. We've been going there for six years and they have never let us down. I have knowledge of cars but not the ability-they've always been right on for their diagnostics and pricing.

Needed a tire mounted on a rim. No one else wanted to touch it because it was a used tire. These guys had me taken care of in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend them for speed of service, reasonable cost, and friendliness.

Purchased a car from the owner, Matt, after my husband died last summer. Had nothing but issues with it. Spent of $1400 on it at Adams Auto in the first month I owned the car, and since then have spent another $2000 on repairs. Now the car has a cracked block and bad head. Paid him $4500 and he never once addressed all the issues I had with car. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

The guys at Adams always do a great job of fixing what is necessary and not trying to sell me something I don't need. I take my Honda Element and Chevy Trailblazer here regularly.Last year a downtown shop near my office told me I needed $3,000 worth of fixes on my Chevy with 200,000 miles on it so I took it to Adams and they narrowed it down to just necessary repairs for about $800.

I rarely post reviews of anything, but this shop went above and beyond expectations when I needed an immediate issue with my car addressed while I was traveling to Lincoln from out of town. As such, I wanted to praise their work and ability to get me back on the road. They listened to me and then addressed the issue in a timely manner so I could travel back home with minimal delay. They were friendly and courteous, and I would recommend visiting their location if you need work done on your automobile.

I took my car here when it overheated. They told me it was a blown head gasket and quoted me $1100 to fix. I took it for a second opinion and found out it was only a fuse that needed replacing that controlled the thermostat and fan, total cost of repairs ended up being $14 parts and labor. Made me wonder what other car problems they talked me into paying them to fix that weren't broken. Adams is either extremely crooked or else just sucks. Either way I would stay far far away.

This is the best shop I've ever seen! Their rates are low, their staff is friendly, their turn-around is quick, and they do what they say they're gonna do. I plan to retire in Lincoln, and will not go anywhere else for car repairs.
