The entire staff at Active Life are amazing. They are very good at explaining every aspect of your care. They provide you will costs up front and explain any updates is a courteous and professional manner. They do a great job of making you feel welcome and at ease at every visit.

This is the pace to go if you need chiropractic care. Not only do they give the spinal adjustments, but they also have you do some rehabilitation to make sure that you don't experience that sort of pain discomfort again. Best part is they explain everything to you so that you know what is going on. I would give this place ten stars if I was able to!

Great customer service-It is very easy to check in and out. They took care of all insurance issues and explained everything thoroughly.

There are chiropractors who use their hands like an artist, carefully feeling each individual and adjusting them accordingly. This is not one of those chiropractors. I bought into their "complementary" exam and x-ray scam. After the first visit, I didn't even get adjusted. Came back the following day to have three different office girls hassle me on setting up a dozen appointments in advance and have the chiropractor confuse me with another patient, return a text message while I was in the room and adjust my lower back too hard leaving me sore and with a headache the next day. Awful experience. This chiropractor conducts business like a shady used car salesman.

I love this place!! I was a little unsure at first but was immediately put at ease by the office staff. I was assigned to Jered, he is great!! He's so easy to talk to and understood all my concerns. He carefully explained what was happening, how we could improve my issues, and how to achieve my expectations in my recovery. The entire staff is amazing, they're friendly, polite, and professional. I highly recommend this place!!

I've been going to a chiropractor since I was 7 years old . I love this office because it cares so much about your health they don't charge a lot of money for your first assessment there's no thousands of dollars to be put on some program and the staff is enjoyable friendly and dedicated to taking care of you . Dr Tilford is very patient makes you feel calm and relaxed and explains what you need to know it's a very nice atmosphere and environment to be in
