Action Flooring & Carpet Cleaning

We were very happy with our carpet cleaning. The company was able to come out in two days from when we requested. They were able to significantly reduce the appearance on an unidentified stain we found under a piece of furniture. They used blocks under furniture to prevent rust while the carpet was drying. We requested a pet deodorizer and it has a long lasting, pleasant fragrance. The appearance of our old wool carpet is much improved and we will use the again in the future.

I took my rug in for cleaning, and Wes did a great job. Not only that, but he said my rug wasn't even that dirty, so he charged me way less than I expected. Finally, if you like texting better than calling/playing phone tag, you'll love working with Wes! I found that to be really easy since we are both busy people. I recommend having Wes take care of any carpet cleaning you need!

Action Flooring is amazing. Wes and Steve are both dreams to work with. Last fall my basement flooded. The guys can over pulled water out of the carpet and extracted it under 12 hours from when I first noticed it. Upon asking them for a recommendation for a new floor that was reasonable and durable, they worked with me to accommodate my needs. I LOVE the new VCT floor they recommended. Last week I called to have them install a new floor in my kitchen. The guys were once again friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, and willing to let me hang out and play audience (I'm fascinated to learn how people do things). I recommend "my floor guys" to everyone I know. I always feel safe, respected, and informed when they are around and best of all, I feel that I hat a very good value for my money. You will not be disappointed using these gentlemen. They are a class act.

I have used Action Flooring many times. From referring my clients for carpet install to carpet cleaning. I have also have personally used them at my house to install new carpet and revive some stone that was stained from years of usage. Nothing but the best with respect to response time, quality of work and living the house clean and work complete. I will continue use Wes and his crew for many years to come! I called and spoke to Wes this morning about getting our carpets cleaned. His associate Steve came out early this afternoon and got it done. I was amazed how quickly they provided the service. The cost was very reasonable and Steve did an amazing job! They are terrific guys, and I would recommend their company to anyone.

We purchased a home, but delayed our move in because of the condition of the carpets. Pet urine had been left in several rooms. Wes and his team were trusted to access the home while vacant and do much needed cleaning. We are more than satisfied with the quality of work. Wes is very knowledgeable about different flooring types ( there is carpet, hardwood, tile, slate and laminate in our house) and how to clean/ care for each type. He also was honest about limits of cleaning... some of our carpets were beyond cleaning and need to be replaced. Highly recommend this company and we will be calling them back for regular cleanings! Excellent quality work and customer service!!

I called Action Flooring because we had some water get on carpet in our basement after a sewer backup, and they were able to come over and inspect the situation within an hour. We thought we were going to have to tear up and replace all the carpet, but they said because the flooring in our basement is commercial grade and has no padding, we just need to wet-vac it, dry it out with a dehumidifier and fans, spray antimicrobial stuff on it, and then have the carpets cleaned in a week. I'm so relieved Action Flooring didn't try to sell us expensive things we don't actually need! Honest with great customer service, and I'm sure they'll do a fabulous job cleaning the carpets next week!

Wes and his team cleaned the entire office space at Carter Lake City Hall and did an excellent job! They arrived on time and cleaned 2300 square feet of carpeting in less than 3 hours. The heavily stained, high traffic areas were pre-treated, scrubbed, and when the water was extracted, the carpet came out looking like new. Would highly recommend them for their professionalism, price and of course clean carpet!

Had these folks out to clean our basement carpet. The carpet was awful. They did a great job. The carpet is now clean and safe for the kids to play on, smells great, very clean and nice. I highly recommend their work. They worked us in on short notice. Price was extremely reasonable and we didn't have to buy new carpet. Good job.
