Update: Although I was disappointed with my original service, I do appreciate ace tech's efforts to rectify the situation. They evaluated their performance, accepted my criticism, and offered me a gift card to make up for the disappointment. They do seem to genuinely care that they give good service to their customers and try to compensate when they fall short.

No complaints. They fixed my computer for a $100 and finished when they said they would. The place is clean and personnel very professional. I would definitely recommend. Great experience.
