Accurate Construction & Restoration

I had water damage to my kitchen and finished basement due to a leaking dishwasher. My insurance company recommended Accurate Construction and I'm very glad they did. The project manager, Tess called and they got started on the repairs as soon as everything dried out. She kept in constant contact with me and worked around my schedule. Gustavo and his crew did a fantastic job of repairing all of my damaged drywall and trim and my house looks as good as new. I highly recommend Accurate Construction if you have any water damage.

After suffering roof damage and water damage in my master bedroom , I called Accurate. They told me their sister company, Service Master, would need to dry out the ceiling, etc. before doing any repairs. Water mitigation was completed in three days and they said they would have Accurate call me to begin work. After no call from Accurate, I called several times over 7-10 days and finally received a call back and they had the nerve to tell me they were too busy and I would need to call someone else. This put repairs back by weeks. They could have told me this weeks before. This inconsiderate way of doing business has left me with an unusable bedroom with part of the ceiling torn out and scrambling to get another contractor in to do repairs. I am still in disbelief that they left me hanging. No concern from them. Not a good way to do business.

Accurate Construction was recommended by my insurance company. Nate was the construction manager that contacted me. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, reliable and always easy to contact and was responsive. Nate was a joy to work with. Restoration included roof, skylight, siding, deck and railing along with some gutter and landscaping block work. Nate was able to match most of the product needing replacement even though it took considerable time. I knew Nate would always respond quickly to a call. I recommend Nate and Accurate Construction unconditionally and without any reservation.

I had some major damage to my home. I contacted my insurance agent and they recommended Accurate Construction. My wife and I are more than pleased with the work they performed and the quality of craftsmen they brought in to do the work. I also have had occasion to need additional services for other issues and Chris from Accurate Construction has gone out of his way to supply me with either the resource or a company that fits my needs. I highly recommend Accurate Construction for any major or minor work you may need.

We had our bathroom remodeled, and the experience was great from the initial inspection to billing. The whole team was very professional and determined to provide the best possible result, which, unfortunately, doesn't happen very often with many contractors and companies. Highly recommended!

We had major water damage July 4th weekend. The Company that came to to the tear out and dry was amazing. Accurate was to do the restoration. Three bedrooms - carpet replaced, upstairs bathroom wall paint floor new counter, wood floors refinished, carpet on landing,stairs and living room.. ceiling band walls in the living room and kitchen. I went over everything bto be done with the president of Accurate. He went around , while the water damage guys were here finishing, to measure band get samples of the carpets..didn't ask any questions before hand, and cut a section out of a room that hadn't had damage..which now needs a new carpet because he did that..However wouldn't take responsibility for his mistake. The insurance company won't pay for a room that didn't need new flooring.. Accurate is responsible. Accurate was to do the wood floors and repair the walls while the pets were boarded, and we went out of town..since couldn't be in the house while that was done. Painting was to be done when we returned before carpet and bathroom floor went in. Painting done in the wrong color and it was an ordeal to get them to redo it.. I was told everything would be covered and rooms that weren't worked on closed off to minimize from the dust etc.. that wasn't done.. everything was covered in white dust when I returned..and trash from the workers was left for me to clean up..chip bags etc .To make this shorter...- I had to arrange with Nebraska Furniture Mart to do the living room carpet and stairs, bedroom rugs and bathroom floor still aren't done, sink and toilet bare in the bathroom tub, my fiancee had to put the closet door back on, and hook up the refrigerator.. everything in the freezer had to be thrown away.. I and have reported them to the insurance company, and The Nebraska Attorney General's office.

After using accurate for siding and roofing job on my home, the roof seems good but the non english speaking workers they use to do the job I find they did not do such a great job after all, such as reattaching the cableing they had detached while doing the work!! They also simply tucked my PHONELINE under the siding so when we got a heavy snow fall it pulled the line out from under the siding and it was layiing on the ground across the street to the power pole! and same with my cable service line. Very shoddy work here so you may want to consider using another contractor. Good ones are hard to find but they are out there.... we also had to recall the salesman backout several times to replace pieces of siding that were not lined up/ fit properly on the house. Communication with the job supervisor was also terrible, the guy could hardly speak any engish at all... if you decide to use accurate, well good luck.

Wow. It is sad that people trying to sell web marketing place these libelous, FALSE stories in an attempt to get our great company to "fix" our reputation by purchasing their services. First, this review is FALSE and is posted to countless other legitimate contractors by these absolute losers. Second, Accurate Construction & Restoration has English only speaking project managers that take pride in every single job that we do. Third, we have a five year warranty to back the work performed at every single job. Four, we are Preferred Vendors (and adhere to the stringent guidelines to keep us that way) for State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, USAA, Nationwide/Allied and many others. Five, we are a great locally owned company that has been in business for over 20 years with amazing employees and ownership.
