I believe Accuquilt has a good product. I have the Go!Big cutter and like it. However, their sales tactics are deceptive. They will advertise a deal, and there are so many disqualifiers that it is ridiculous. On 1/5/21 I ordered through a Live event a BOGO70 which was Buy One Get One for 70% off. I ordered on my phone and evidently, their ridiculous "exclusions" did not show. It accepted my "coupon" at the BOGO70, but did not notify me that I had ordered a NEW Mariner's Compass die. Took my order, but no notice. I just find they do a lot of Bait and Switch.

I ordered a die from them that was damaged and they have been difficult to deal with in the return process. They have an automated text process and are not providing me with correct information to expedite the return. Very frustrating!!
