This place boasts itself as a family owned business with "good 'ol family values" but completely disregards their own employees who have their OWN families to feed. They will straight up not pay you, short your pay, and refuse to acknowledge the issue at all while simultaneously reaching out to make sure you'll be at your next cleaning- and when you quit without notice (even after continuing to work without pay) they have the audacity to call you UNPROFESSIONAL! They get a lot of free labor because most people will just count their losses as they pay so little and only pay twice a month. Entitlement at its finest. Job seekers...Run, don't walk from this place!

It only took one cleaning for me to come to the conclusion that I will not use Above & Beyond again! Yes, one and done! My dissatisfaction is not solely because of the cleaning, which on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being superb I'd give the cleaning a 6, but instead with the owner's customer service AFTER the cleaning. Yes we drank the Kool-aid. When the owner came over he shared stories about Above & Beyond's meticulousness and attention to detail. He also repeated how he likes to establish a "family-like" relationship with each customer. Based on the sales pitch, we'd be foolish not to choose Above & Beyond right??After the initial cleaning the owner sent a text message asking for feedback. I provided a very objective response.....a list of areas that were not touched and corroborating pictures. Well a day and a half passed without a single response from the owner. - Not one acknowledgement of my email!- Not one apology for the cleaning oversights!- Not one modicum of empathy was shown!People are busy I get it so WE decided to reach out to the owner. He informed that he was too busy to respond sooner. Okay I am about to time myself to see how long it takes for me to type the response we should have received from the owner.Okay here I go......."I received your email and apologize the cleaning did not meet your satisfaction. I will reach out to you later on today to discuss in more detail." That took a whopping 36 seconds!!!Oh and despite sending the owner pictures showing that we did not receive the DEEP CLEANING we expected to receive (and were being charged for) you better believe he sent us an invoice for the FULL price. Yes we drank the Kool Aid! We have since decided to go with a more established (albeit costlier) cleaning service.

I hired this cleaning service to clean a chapel and two adjoining rooms at my church. First, I want to say that the owner responded to my request for an estimate immediately, and came to give me the estimate within a few days. The actual cleaning job was well done by him and one of his employees. They did everything that I asked of them, they did it very well, and in a timely manner. There was no area left undone. The carpets looks like new after being cleaned by them. There were some very deep carpet stains which were completely taken care of. There were no shortcuts taken, and the price was more than reasonable. We plan to hire them again and would recommend their work to anyone. They are prompt and easy to work with. The best I've ever seen at getting stains out of our carpets especially soda and anything with red food dye. They get the job done properly and on time.

Don really has invested a lot into his people and it shows. I truly appreciate how reliable his crews are and what a good job they do. You know it's a good company when you feel comfortable leaving the building in their hands only to come in the next morning and find everything clean!

As with any cleaning service with hired help, you never know what kind of results you are going to get! The new owners of this company are extremely friendly & if there is a problem with a service rendered, they are quick to make it right.Pay attention to the employees who are hard workers & ask to have them come back.The best cleaning service will be one recommended through word of mouth...so ask around!

We used their service for pre-move-in cleaning and carpet cleaning. We were really disappointed with the general cleaning work. I think the carpet cleaning person has a good attitude, although the pet smell is still on the carpet. The general cleaning person left a lot of the kitchen cabinets and the under cabinet surfaces untouched(not cleaned) at all. It is now a week after, I'm still finding piles of dust balls in the closets. I wouldn't recommend or use them again.
