Abcd Dog & Cat Grooming

My pups always come out looking great and the groomers are so friendly and comforting.

This is by far one of the better groomers. The owners run their dog grooming out of their house once you get passed the location of the business you realize they are top-notch groomers. Our Cocker-Spaniel always looked/smelled great when we came to pick him up and you could tell that it wasn't a traumatic experience for him. Since moving away from Omaha it has been hard to find a comparable groomer.

I have used this groomer through 5 dogs and have been thrilled with the way she treats our animals

Love, love, love them! They have great prices and my dogs have never come home from any other groomer smelling so clean and their coats feel amazing. Definitely will be taking my babies back to get spoiled.

I went to Ellen for years and was always happy with my dog's grooming. So sad that she retired but happy for her. Now looking for another groomer!

Would NOT trust your fur baby here. This dog groomer is not gentle or caring and her demeanor and actions were so rude and disrespectful. Groomer has such a bad attitude and displayed no sympathy for our dog. First red flag was when my mom dropped our dog off she was aggressively pulling on his leash and her approach was very hostile to get our dog to follow her. Dogs can sense hostility. This is already an uncomfortable situation so groomers need to display patience and be gentle in receiving pets to build a sense of trust. Do not expect this of this groomer.Second and final red flag was 10-15 minutes later and receiving a call to "come get your fucking dog, I'm not doing it." Showed up to pick our dog up and she tells my mom "lady your a bitch, take your fucking dog" among other obscenities. Would NOT trust your fur babies here because your dog will be mistreated. There is a way to respectfully decline someone of services, and then there's this. Terrible customer service and so disrespectful. Do not trust or use this groomer.

What has happened to ABCD dog and cat grooming? I've been calling for weeks now and it keeps saying no longer in service so I decided to stop by there today and it's been shut down I hope everything's okay with Ellen and her crew

Took my two doggies today Floyd & snowball and loved their services. They are very caring, attentive, patient and knowledgeable. Doggies came back looking cute and happy. Thanks for all you do!

This is a wonderful groomer she does so well grooming and bathing the animals and she is so nice to them even tho she gets bit and scratched real bad she works all day and almost never eats so she should get paid a lot more then she does

I have used ABCD Dog and Cat grooming for years. If you want your poodle, schnauzer or schnoodle to look like a show dog, this is the place. Ellen knows dogs and has talent, she doesn't charge nearly enough for the quality you get. You do have to get past the location and building though.
