ABC Seamless of Nebraska

We had them install a Sunroom on our existing deck and add a deck to replace what was occupied by the sunroom. They offered a quality product at a reasonable price.The workmanship was outstanding. They did everything I requested and made small changes that I requested. Being an engineer and retired, I watched it all! They were out to please me.Never had a problem or issue. I would recommend them for your next sunroom or deck.

Our house looks wonderful and still does after two years.All employees of ABC were very polite to us.

Needed my gutters replaced badly. Called ABC Seamless and they sent someone out. Very professional and explained the process before starting and a complete walk around to make sure I was happy after completing installation. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend to anyone.

Quality work and material! The crew cleaned up every evening leaving everything neat and tidy. Couldn't ask for a better job well done.

The only reason I give this company a 1 is because of the installer who was great to work with. We had a four seasons room installed. From the start, the salesman tells you whatever he thinks will get him a sale. Then there is just no follow up. We signed in March and was told it should be installed the end of June. I trusted him. Then when I wasn't getting information about an install, I was told the material was on the next truck. This was then the same information I got for the next 2 months. The only time I got information was when I called. No follow, no additional details, nothing. The odds of you getting a return call were also extremely low. I usually had to just show up and see if someone was there that I could talk to. I went in in August where I was told there were 4 people ahead of me on the next truck that came in and we should be installed based on where we were in line. Now, I realize there are supply issues but that doesn't explain the lack of follow up and communication on the company's part. In September I was told my material was coming in on the October truck. Again, I had to follow up with them to see if it did come in, which I am told it was and they were just doing quality checks and will get things scheduled. Again, I ask the order of installation and was told I should be 5th in line. By this time they were sending weekly updates to see what projects were coming up. Now, my frustration got worse when I watch 9-10 people get on this list ahead of me. Then finally, I get an email that says my project was on the list to be completed. Waited the entire week to hear from someone and nothing. Finally get an email again with status and to my disbelief, I have been removed from the projects list. And did I mention they send this email out on Friday evening after they close?!?! So it festers all weekend when I go down there on Monday extremely irritated. I then am talking with someone who tells me he is in charge of everything and will get things sorted out and told me that my project would be done for thanksgiving. Well, not until the contractor gets there does he tell us, he can't do the full enclosure until all my electrical is run and that would be at least another week - we did get this one worked out. Then, and this was never mentioned when we ordered the windows, the upper windows have to be custom made once it is installed. So again, we are put on the waiting list. And the 4 seasons room, well, that only means the windows and floors. Any of the little panels between and the exterior door, well, those aren't insulated so be prepared to figure this out. I called the office, texted and then spoke with the sales director to try and find out the status of the additional windows as I travel a lot for work. No follow up no returned calls. So inevitably, they just show up after we left for work. When they do come back, one of the 5 windows is broken and again, back to the drawing board. Then, my husband was trying to secure the broken window and questioned whether the quality of the windows was what we paid for as it was a lot hotter than the other windows. When questioned, they told us they were not right and would have them remade. My guess is they would have just let it fly had we not questioned them. Well, we are 1 year later and finally have it done. I really wish I would have gone with the other company I got a price from, but thought this company would be just as good, boy was I wrong!!

The crew from ABC Seamless arrived early in the morning and worked all day. Doing so they got the job done in just four days. They were very friendly and did a professional job. Did some things that set the appearance of the house upscale. When they left the whole area was cleaned up like they were never here. ABC Seamless is the only company to consider when residing.

They did a decent job putting the windows themselves in. Where the issues were was the sealing and trim work. The trim didn't want to sit flush and very little effort was put into making that happen. I had to go window to window and request it and eventually got them all looking pretty good. The insulation for all the windows was done halfway. I had to have them come back out and reinsulate all but 2 windows for massive amounts of air coming through...then deal with the trim again. After all said and done the windows look great and the windows themselves are great quality.

I purchased ABC Seamless steel siding over twenty years ago and it has performed very well. If there has been any fading it is very hard to tell and it and their seamless steel gutters seem to resist hail real well. When ABC Seamless started offering steel roofing a few years ago I gave it a serious look because it is more expensive than my asphalt roof which just reached the end of it's life expectancy and was pretty badly damaged from a hail storm. I knew of homes that had new asphalt roofs installed the year before the hail storm that were installing new roofs again. The timing was right since I was getting insurance coverage for the equivalent cost of an asphalt roof and I was in a position to cover the added cost so with the great warranty and top fire, wind and impact rating, my homeowners premiums going forward actually went down. I chose the shake style steel roofing so it looks great and doesn't look metal at all. Bottom line, the value of this roof means I should never have to put on a new roof on my house again!

ABC Seamless of Nebraska came to repair an area that the paint had some peeling but this was after 20 years of it being installed but since it was still under warranty they fixed it and did a great job. It looks very nice & blends in with rest of the siding. The only problem was they were suppose to call when the installer was coming and I been told this just the week before they came. The project manager was going to do the job, I was told but two guys showed up on Friday May 25,2018 and I was not home at the time but they knew what to repair so went right to work and I came back home shortly so it all worked out.The two guys doing the work were quite surprised to know I hadn't been called and apologized about it but said the project manager left for the week-end and they didn't know that no one called me. The guys doing the job were very knowledgeable and they did a great job and cleaned up any mess they made to all is good.
