We just pulled our son out from this daycare last week due to neglect, emotional and physical abuse.I do want to mention that when we started him there 10 months ago, it was like a completely different daycare that we loved. We were very impressed with Symone (the director) and Kathleen (a teacher). However, Symone left the daycare a few months ago, and we started seeing dramatic changes in our son as he started to dread going. He would cry every day and beg not to go. He started saying that Ms. Chloe won't talk to him and she yells at kids. I found out that Ms. Chloe had actually been fired by Symone for how she treated kids. But that Angela, the owner, hired her back once Symone left. One day when I picked up our son, he was just standing in the classroom hysterically crying while two teachers that I hadn't seen before were sitting against the wall on their phones and could not tell me what had happened or why my son was so upset. From then on, I started logging on to their video app during the day to watch how he was doing. On the morning of October 1st, I watched as Ms. Chloe lined all the kids up, except the little boy in the corner and they went outside. I continued to watch as both the Preschool and Pre-K rooms were completely empty. The boy wandered around the room alone, to the other room and into the lobby for over 15 minutes until another teacher came in from outside to get him. I have attached screen shots that I took because I was so alarmed by this.I continued to watch for days and would notice that they had started combining two of the classrooms and there would be 15 or 17 kids to ONE teacher. I never saw learning activities going on anymore. The TVs were constantly on and the teachers would be on their phones not paying attention to the kids. Last week, I logged on and was watching as Ms. Chloe was making all of the kids lay down (it was in the morning before lunch, so it was not even nap time). I watched as one little boy was laying by the wall with his legs up in the air against the wall. Ms. Chloe charged across the room, grabbed the boy by his ankle, yanked to spin him around and threw his foot/ankle to the ground very aggressively. Since then, we have been made aware that the children no longer do the curricular work they were doing months ago (we suspected this as our son no longer brought home worksheets or art projects), that they eat the same cheap things for lunch all of time, that some of the teachers get hired on before they even pass their background checks and that this daycare center has previously been on probation by the DHHS because some teachers have been physically aggressive with the children, such as slamming them on the floor for "time out". Angela, the owner does not care about the children, she only cares about getting money. There were a number of times during our 10 months there that we would get overcharged and my husband had to go in and get it corrected. We still love Kathleen and were sad to leave her, but we did not feel that our son was safe with Angela, the owner or the other teachers, especially Chloe.

I AM SPEECHLESS!!!! We are a military family and have lived here for six months. Our youngest (2 yo) has been on the waiting list for the CDC on base and we just received a spot. The ONLY reason we are moving our youngest to the CDC is because our oldest is there and it is more convenient for us as a family to commute back and forth to one location. We are really, really sad to leave ABC Childcare. The Director, Assistant Director's and EVERY single teacher in each room are beyond amazing. My son formed so many bonds with these wonderful caregivers. They always have so many activities going on for the children from holiday festivals to art projects to pajama day and superhero day all the way to the different plays they put on throughout the year. The daycare is very secure and you must have a code (that is changed frequently) to enter the building. ABC even provides a website if you wish to watch your children throughout the day. It is very clean inside, plenty of toys and learning activities and it is always beautifully decorated for each season. The playground is really nice and vary safe. They have a wonderful curriculum and really, really love your children and love what they do. I never had an issue with any of the caregivers and my son never wanted to leave when it was time to go home. If you are moving to Bellevue or are military stationed at Offutt AFB and you are on the CDC waiting list, this is the place to go. Trust me, you will not want to leave! Thank you ABC, we will miss you all and will still stop by to visit!!

Our daughter loves this place. The teachers treat her (and all the other kids) like their own, and the director (Symone) does an amazing job running the center. They throw all sorts of fun parties throughout the year so parents can mingle and get to know each other and the teachers better. The learning programs are top-notch and I'm confident my daughter will be ahead of the curve when she goes into kindergarten next year. There's surveillance cameras in every room so you can check in on your kid whenever you want to make sure they're fine (I was really excited about this because employees are far more likely to do their job right if they know they're being watched constantly - meaning my baby girl would get treated the way she deserves to be). The pricing is very reasonable especially when you consider all the extra perks the center offers. They also just had all new playground equipment put in earlier this year. The few issues we've had were handled very professionally by Symone, and turned out to just be minor misunderstandings. Overall I'd recommend this center (and have done so) to any parent in the area. I've seen a couple poor reviews on other sites but most were from before the new owners took over, and I honestly find some of the newer ones difficult to believe considering how great we and the other families we speak with have been treated.

Great staff in the infant, walker and toddler room! Can't speak for the other rooms. Only once has there been an issue and it was taken care of right away. I do have to say as far as the camera monitoring that the parents can login to to watch their child, it is hard to see what is going on in the rooms because it's blurry. I can tell which one is my kid if I dress them brightly (and differently) than the other students, but it is hard to see what they are doing and what's going on. I would say it is barely better than having no cameras at all. But overall the staff are great and my kids love it there!
