Aardvark Antique Mall

We planned a short day trip from Des Moines IA to Lincoln NE on July 5th with stops in Omaha NE and Council Bluffs IA on our way home...We love to hit antique shops, antique malls, thrift, and consignment shops.Platte Valley Antique Mall, Cafe & Pub in nearby Greenwood NE was probably our favorite stop. Followed closely by Vintage Village Antique Mall, Aardvark Antiques, Burlington Antiques, and Timeless Treasures in Lincoln NE.All of these shops are worth stopping at and checking out!We really didn't get to Omaha NE itself, but there's always next time...! We only ran into one shop that we would not recommend. Lake Manawa Antiques in Councill Bluffs IA... Look it up. Lol

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Venders Booth's organized and items clearly marked and assessable. Venue clean and adequate lighting. Bathrooms always spotless. Wide variety of venders. Whatever your looking for you will find here.

I went to this store yesterday . I've been many times , I was looking for a shopping cart to hold onto. The sales check ask what I was looking for, I said a shopping cart, and replied we don't use those here and you will have to lock up your purse . I said I've never had to lock up my purse before, it's not a big purse. Had it in here last month. Told them they could check it when I left . My biggest problem was how rude the older blonde lady was, and I think my big coat she could have ask to hang up. That's more than a problem then a medium size handbag. I would not recommend this place anymore, especially for this 64 year old to be treated like this after she ask what I was looking for. Her voice was rude , Nicki the other sales clerk was nicer . This was Sunday around 10:30 am. So it's not like they had a bad day .

There are some cool gems here but mostly everything looks newer than what I would consider antiques. Staff wasn't very friendly at least not to me. It is pretty big so you will spend some time in here. Great to go and see if you find that thing you were looking for but I wasn't that impress

They are scamming dealers. They alter the price tags at a higher amount and sell at a higher amount without crediting the dealer. Items also don't sell at too high a price and the dealer has to pay rent to display overpriced items that was more than what the dealer priced it.

Very impressive well organized mall. It took us almost 2 hours to see everything and we found many great items. I liked the idea of lockers to put your purse or bags in so your hands are free. We found many great items that you can't find in Utah.

Great place to browse. Lots of fun items,always worth a visit, great selection. Friendly

This is a hidden gem of a place. If you like Antiques this place is for you. You just never know what you will find with so many different vendors under one roof. For me it's worth the drive from Omaha area to Lincoln every 2 to 3 weeks. Almost hate giving it away to other buyers of antiques but it is a fun time looking and buying those treasures.

Very cute antique mall right off of the highway. We were passing through and stopped in. The place is huge! Would recommend if you have at least an hour to look around.

Great experience. We live in the area, so we like to stop in from time to time. They always have changing inventory due to their reasonable prices. Great staff and Always a good time.
