They sold me a chain that was supposed to be 14k gold ...turns out it wasn't real and now they don't have pictures of the chain...if your gonna do business here be aware that it could be fake !!! And please do your self a favor and have it checked out at a jewelery store as soon as you can ...even the weight was wrong they said they sold me a 15g chain,but it only weighed 14g just check it out

I went in as I needed money for car insurance and pawned a gold chain necklace. The process was quick and straightforward and I was easily able to repurchase it the next month for minimal amount of interest. Wendie (the current Assistant Manager) has been a delight and also assisted me with finding a ring to spoil myself with. I discovered it at the 48th St store and it was a cinderella moment as it fit perfectly. I feel like a princess with it on. Thank you again for everything!
