Great service. They replaced my island counter top after not being able to fix a scratch on it.

Maria was wonderful to work with. I changed my mind 1 million times and Maria was good with it. They came when they were supposed to. They cleaned up their mess. Phone calls and text were answered promptly. I'm very happy.

Don't select a patterned stone or ask them to cut specific measurements. I did and they deliberately did both things the way they wanted not the way I wanted. The countertops had a 2.5 inch overhang which meant I couldn't access the dishwasher controls. They brought me countertops with a huge white blob in the middle. They did agree to redo the countertops but I had to wait about 2 months. Even when they agreed to let me preview the cuts they case the the previews about an hour before they were supposed to be delivering and installing which made me feel pressured to agree to another bad countertop. Overall extremely poor customer service. The 1 and only time they actually reached out to me by phone was when me final bill became past due.

Absolutely awful!! Incompetent Management. Untrustworthy and very poor customer service.

Definitely wasn't what we expected. Problems with installation, problems with fixing their mistakes. Took over month to fix punctuated with constant cancellations even though we had to take off work to be there.Finally fixed everything but experience left a bad taste.

My counter tops were installed today and they are beautiful . Installers were careful and did an excellent job. The granite is smooth and finished nicely.I appreciated the big selection to pick from.

Asked them to do two granite vanity tops. Got to choose our own slab and sinks. I experienced problems installing the plumbing and they came back a couple of times to help me out. Finally hired a licensed plumber (I should have had him from the get go) and all turned out great.. The tops are beautiful and make our bathrooms really pop. They were patient with us and we with them (language, Japanese, can be a problem) and in the end it turned out great. They even gave us the left overs of the slab which my wife wanted for her rock garden.

Their granite counter top material is poor to say the least. Instead of a smooth glass polish the surface is pock marked with many irregular blemishs. They claim that's normal although from several sources this is a very low quality product.
