I went in to A.T. Thomas to have a ring resized -- it's a family piece and I tend to have smaller fingers than the rest! They did a wonderful job sizing it down from a 7 to a 6, and it now fits perfectly. Tina was a joy to work with, and I was even able to get the battery replaced in my tiny Seiko watch while we were discussing the plans for my ring. She quoted me about a week for the turnaround time; they had it back to me in five days! The workmanship is seamless, and being able to comfortably wear my ring is worth far more than the (very reasonable) ~$100 it cost. They were even kind enough to give it a good clean before I picked it up!

Best jewelry store in Lincoln. Ask for Cheri or Roger! Much nicer working with them over a corporate type jewelry store.

She also never tried to upsell me or have me buy something that I was not sure about. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the ring she showed me and was stunned when I was able get the ring custom made to my exact hopes. I could absolutely not have been happier with my experience.
