Love love love this flower shop! The owner is always extremely polite and pays attention to detail and has excellent customer service. The flowers that I've got from this shop are beautiful. Stopped in to get a flower bouquet real quick for a bridal shower and caught someone working as they were right about to close up and leave for a wedding. She stayed and made me something on the spot that looked amazing. Very friendly and nice.

I needed flowers for a service the next day, and A Flower Basket came through! Flowers were absolutely beautiful (they received many compliments), delivered on time without issue, and to top it off my note was handwritten (not printed off the computer) which gave the arrangement a loving feel. Wedding flowersTo me, flowers play a VERY important role in a wedding. I gave my idea, and Deneen hit it with perfection! I ordered a flower arrangement over the holidays for my mother. It was all right, but nothing special for what I paid for it. I could have bought two or three at Hy -Vee for the same price. I have learned my lesson and will stick with a grocery store around the holidays, Instead of being ripped off.

My grandmother recently passed away. Bethany funeral home recommended a flower basket what a big mistake. The flowers I ordered were not there at the time of the service . I called later and received nothing but excuses from Deneen. Stay far away at a time of crisis
