7 Day Furniture & Mattress Store

We were met at the door by Yesenia. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us find what we needed. They had a ton of selection and great prices! We found a dining table with a bench. I have a lot of dining room chairs so I'm happy I didn't have to buy an entire set. I love that I was able to pick and choose. I will be back for living room furniture and more. Thank you, Yesenia

I bought a runner rug from you and after I got home I decided I wanted the large one I seen when I was there,so I called over the phone paid for it .the sales people assured me it was the right one to match the runner I bought earlier,but after I got it home it was wrong. Talked to manager jade in lincoln.she really didn't want to talk to me.told me to send pictures to her.i did you can see theydon't match,numbers on back don't match either. But she emailed and said they match..when I tried to call her back before this was resolved they said she had left.....bs!! I will send pictures and you can see they don't. I have Boughton many items from your store. Never been treated like this before.she also didsomething to her emails so I couldn't reply back. Unreal.....

My wife and I went there a couple of months ago to buy couch. We found 1 we liked and bought it. They delivered the thing in pieces. Literally we had to assemble the whole couch. Not to mention they didn't show up in till 9:30 at night to deliver it. So 2 months later I sat down on it and the wood where the leg screws into just broke. Mind you I'm not a heavy guy, I only weigh about 160 lbs. I spent over $1000 on this POS. My recommendation take your money elsewhere. I'll never buy from this place again.

I just like going here to walk around and pick out all the things I plan on getting along with the things I say I'll get but probably never will. That's my mom's and I past time here. They have a good selection. All jokes aside my mom is a constant customer of theirs and seems happy and satisfied. And I have few major furniture pieces I plan on buying from them soon. The customer service is very helpful and friendly. And I just like going here because Nebraska furniture mart ,which I like as well just gives me anxiety because too many people, it's bigger blah blah blah lol.

This is where the most comfortable mattress I've ever had was recommended to us. I was apprehensive as I've paid much more for a great mattress in the past, but I literally appreciate bedtime everyday due to the one we got at 7 Day Furniture.I also purchased an L shaped dark/cherry wood colored desk for my home office, which was easy to assemble & looks very sharp. To go with it, I also purchased a semi-modern style computer chair which I have had NO trouble sitting in for a full 8-12 hr workday. We truly couldn't have received a better deal anywhere else.The staff was SOO helpful. These items were recommended to us by the staff based on the description of what we were looking for and style we liked. With so many things to look at in the showroom, we may have overlooked them without some help.Next on my list is a portable fireplace for the basement and they had a TON to choose from, so we will be back!

Buyer beware. The furniture here is terrible doesnt matter if its cheap or expensive the quality of all of their furniture is terrible. Haven't had my mattress 2 years and it feels like i had it for 7, the bedframe i purchased is cracking. The bar stools have splits in the leather and i just got them 3 months ago. It is only my son and I here, there's no reason for the furniture to look like this. They sell terrible quality things thats why their return policy is 24 hours

I bought a Glider Rocker from 7 Day Furniture that I have been looking for since December. The big-name competitor no longer carries favorite items in stock but will have the vendor send it to you AND you have to put the items together yourself. I place a telephone call on the foundation I saw the glider on the web site, spoke with Yesenia she knew right away what I wanted. I let her know I'm a grandma and I baby sit; I would pay the cost to have the glider put together by 7 Day Furniture. The store personnel at large stayed in communication with me. The glider was put together and I was able to pick it up the very next day. Also, the glider was a valued priced item over the big-name competitor. The grandchildren and I love the glider. I received excellent service from 7 Day Furniture for a long-awaited favored item.

This has been a terribly stressful experience. Don't get me wrong, the furniture is amazing but i would say the delivery and dealing with employees who do not at all try to work things out with you is not worthy it. I was told by the gentleman that sold us our couch that we would get it at 2 weeks tops. We finally got the call on the 18 day mark that it would be delivered between 2pm-7pm (mind you we had a prior delivery that did not arrive within that time frame but were told to wait till 9pm and then it never showed). I requested an earlier time, thinking since this shipment is so late anyway and we had a prior bad experience that they could do that but the lady on the phone would not give any other alternative options only for it to be delivered Saturday morning (hitting the 3 week mark). All this to say i have hated my interactions with this store ever since I left it.

Randy is my favorite associate to shop with. He always give great accent tips and never makes me feel rushed, even when I'm super indecisive. He is great customer service.

Be very cautious when buying furniture from this place! I called and email customer support and never received a call back regarding the chipped table I purchased. After I got home and took the table out of the box I realized the bottom of the table is cracked, so the next morning I called and the lady I spoke with told me she will have someone call me back? I waited for a while week and a half and never heard anything back. So I called again and spoke to another lady she told me to send in pictures to customer care and they will get back with me. Still nothing!!! It's already bad enough when you come in there is no one to assist you because they are all huddled up chatting. Anything glass DO NOT BUY!
