5 Thirty-One Pizza & Phillies

5 Thirty-One recently announced they have sold the business to a new owner, but I hope they keep the menu (at least my favorite items) on the menu and as high of quality!The ambiance is casual, yet a little upscale with the red, black, and white color palette. The party room on the side is a great place for an event or celebration (we had a Yelp event there).The Garlic Cheese Sticks starter is heavenly. Basically a little cheese pizza (but fancier cheese) with marinara on the side for dipping. So good!The Philly Fries are another starter that's delicious and it's huge, so could almost be an entree if you get it just for yourself. Huge chunks of Philly steak with a cream cheese drizzle (that I could drink in a cup).The salad bar is also great, if you want a lighter starter. I cover mine in their homemade ranch so it's definitely no longer "light" in my case!My favorite pizza is the Parm Alfredo, with an Alfredo base, tender chicken, and grilled broccoli. I know what you're thinking, "broccoli on a pizza?!" But just trust the process, it's amazing. The best Philly sandwich is the House Steak. Huge swaths of the Philly meat, green peppers, onions, provolone and the awesome Cheez Whiz! You can't go wrong getting this classic, with 531's twist on it.We met the original owners at a Yelp event we attended, and they were so nice and genuine and obviously cared so much about their food/product and pleasing their diners. I hope they have plans to stay in the restaurant business in Omaha, because I will support any new venture they have.I so am hoping the new owners don't change too much about the menu. I will give them a chance to see their vision, obviously, but hopefully a few of my faves remain!

This is thee place for pizza and wings! I've been in a couple times, it's right off 168th on your way to the pumpkin patch. It is a very large, bright, and spacious fast casual restaurant. It's super clean, and has a large expansive menu. They offer everything from a salad buffet, to mini pizzas, phillies, and don't sleep on their wings! I loved their classic pepperoni pizza with the hot honey drizzle. Their charr buffed wings are to die for! Perfect levels of heat, and flavor, extremely moist! They often sell out of them they're soo good!Lastly, you can't forget to grab a house made cookies. They're vanilla frosting is drool worthy. I highly recommend stopping in for a casual meal, or making it a family night.

We ordered a large BBQ Brisket pizza last night and were so impressed. We picked it up to-go, and it was definitely fresh. The toppings were so good, and the slices were huge. The pineapple bacon drizzle almost caramelizes on the top, giving it a really unique taste. We recently moved to Gretna and have tried several pizza places around us, and this is our favorite so far by a long shot.

I do always love support south west Omaha restaurants and wish them the best. It's a very convenient location and has a lot of seating. The staff were very polite and professional as well. The food itself wasn't my favorite but I'd be interested in coming back to try other pizza flavors or check out their wings. The cheese bread looks delicious but did lack flavor. I personally wasn't a big fan of the Philly but my husband said it was his new favorite one. Overall worth the visit.

We tried it ALL ...Dean was lucky enough to come for a Yelp event and he wanted me to try all the deliciousness..fresh, hot and amazing flavors..we had Maui Wowee wings, sweet chili wings, lots of sauce and spices..crunch on the outside ..moist on the inside.. jalapeño, pepperoni pizza ...so GOOD! Five-thirty-one Philly cheese sandwich...huge and delightful...gooey and cheesy and lots of steak...and the fresh salad bar too!! Staff was very nice and very helpful and patient while we picked what we wanted..at the end we ordered it ALL large spacious area with tv and booths ..tables... self serve drinks...black and red decor my favorite colors..it's a MUST to try!!

This was top of the list for me that we've gone several times afterwards ...it's seasoned well.. several options of chicken wings ..favorite is the dry rub wowee Maui ..pizza was fresh and gooey just perfect and the must have was the Philly steak sandwiches...you will leave there with a big smile on your face!

Great cheesesteak sandwich! Ordered the house steak Philly, hoping it would taste similar to a cheesesteak Philly I had in Philadelphia. I would have to say it was pretty darn close! Delicious! The place is sparkling clean from the front of the house all the way to the restrooms. Was definitely worth the 20 minutes drive.

The place is clean, seats are well spaced and spacious, and there's a room where you can book for your events. Love the different varieties of pizza. You can't go wrong with the pepperoni but some pizzas can be a bit tad salty for my liking. Their wings are mostly okay but their dry rub wings are GREAT! I would definitely recommend that. Their service is good and servers are friendly.

First impressions: Easy parking and clean! Order at the counter and they will bring it to you. Quick service. We had a medium supreme pizza and an order of wings w dry "pizza" flavoring spices. The pizza crust was very crispy and thin, my favorite! Ingredients were fresh - fresh mushrooms (no canned)! Great flavors on both the pizza and wings. Wait staff was efficient. Casual with TV's and two areas available for groups. Pepsi products- I'm crying hahaha.

New pizza place across from Tibouron golf course. Met the owners( husband & wife.)They are very proud of how they prepare all their foods. They use only natural ingredients & I could taste the difference.I had the traditional pepperoni pizza & it was super delicious. As for chicken wings There were so many to choose from .I tried the dry rub it was fantastic . Like eating fried chicken without the grease. I sampled the traditional Philly with green peppers & mushrooms just wow. The owners told me they are open to doing custom orders to suit every taste bud. Very clean relaxing atmosphere & reasonably priced . looking forward to eating there again!!
