402 Fades

Very happy with 402 Fades! About a year ago, we found Treveon by chance. He did a fabulous job with my son's hair and answering my questions and we haven't went elsewhere since. Well, except following him to his new location at Gateway Mall. It's so stylish, clean, and an atmosphere I feel good bringing my young son into. They try to keep it professional. He's VERY professional, and as old fashioned as it sounds, "a swell young man." If I was his mama, I would be beaming. He opened up this business himself, and honestly, a barbershop in the mall is a genius idea. So many folks walk by. It's convenient when running errands. And, dudes, if you don't like shopping with the wife, stop in for a clean up. My son's last cut was done by Raul and he also did amazing! We will keep going here and I highly recommend them. Can't say enough good things about 402 Fades. We moved to Lincoln over the summer and saw their signs around the mall. My son has had his hair cut by multiple barbers and left with a perfect cut each time. He loves getting a new initial design every time, but this week Treveon outdid himself with the KC Chiefs design for the Super Bowl.We have done walk-ins with no issue, but they do get busy. Making appointments is super easy online. Everyone is great and friendly. They make my son feel so confident. Vibe check: 10/10Professionalism: 10/10Haircuts: 10/10Highly recommend.

They did an awesome on my fade. The shop was nice and clean and spacious. I didn't have to wait long to get a haircut. A friendly waiting area is nice.

Love all the barbers at 402 fades! My boys have been getting their hair cut by this shop for over a year now, and we are always so impressed with the time they spend on the haircut as well as the treatment. My boys are 9 & 6 years old and refuse to go anywhere else! We love the atmosphere and the fact the barbers are always smiling and super inviting! Cannot say enough good things about 402 Fades!

extremely rude. went in for haircut and one of the barber instantly says 2 and half hour wait with attitude. says no adults today kids only, yet two grown men sitting in chairs getting hair cuts. nephew goes to sign his. amen and barber rudely says hey take him with u lol we were leaving him there. very unprofessional and rude.

Good vibes and good cuts for a great price. They played good music and the barber I had was able to hold a conversatio. New to nebraska so I will definitely be coming back.

Their website expresses a " just walk in"/ "walk ins are welcome" environment/ vibe. But expect to wait for over an hour without anyone checking in on you. I called in before if they were still taking walk ins, they said "yeah! Come by!" Expecting to be up in maybe 15-20 mins. But I sat, as I saw empty barber seats fill up with people just walking in. And some instances seeing the barbers wait for 25-30 mins for another person/appointment maybe to walk in? Didn't even acknowledge me leaving at all... they have you write your name on a white board that they won't even look at for an hour... can't say anything on the quality of the cut because I never got one...
