STAY AWAY!! Although I have read of some legitimate locksmiths around the metro area, this is not one of them. I was quoted $35 for him to show up and unlock my car. They said the price may go up if it takes him a long time. It took him 30 seconds with a slim Jim to get my door open. Then he says its $90. When I questioned him he gave me some bs about "other hidden charges". I reluctantly signed for the $90 and that was the end of it. Tried contesting and disputing the charges but because I signed, apparently nothing can be done. This business is a scam and something needs to be done about it. 0 out of 5 stars. The man was in an unmarked pickup. He was very rude and intimidating. Don't give this company your business. You'll regret it. I definitely do

ZERO STARS. The dispatcher stated I would be charged $35. When the locksmith-who showed up in a van with a garbage bag over a busted window and spit chewing tobacco all over the ground- was done, he charged me $95!!!! I called to complain and the lady switched her words around. They TRICK people into using their service. THEN She hung up on me and blocked my number. Do NOT NOT NOT use this service. Con artists. Unprofessional. Don't even have the tools they need. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. EVER EVER EVER. And the locksmith took over 2 hours to get there.Edit: Called from a different number, I was told there was no supervisor, no corporate number, just an email. When I asked for the email, the dispatcher put me on hold for 10 minutes. Called back again, told them the last dispatcher wouldn't give me her name or the email and the line went silent for two minutes. These people only want to scam you out of your money. DO NOT USE THEM.

Website says "as low as $19.95." I was thinking that would be best case scenario so I was expecting $50 or so. Ended up getting charged $95 because of the "time" (8:00 am) and location (19th and Dodge - street parking - very accessible). The guy was there in 20 minutes during rush hour traffic so it obviously wasn't too inconvenient for him."As low as $19.95" must only be the case when you're locked out in their parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't deceptively put that on your website if its never the case.

BEWARE!!!! Do not use them!! I'm not giving them any stars. They didn't tell me how much they would charge. They said 15-30 minutes and it took an hour. Their website says as low as 19.95. I have a beat up 97 Corolla that could easily be unlocked with their expertise. When they came to unlock the car it came to be $115!!!! It took them like two secondsWhat!! Why?? I don't understand I have to pay the rest when I get paid and I had to give them everything I had. Now they have a pic of my id until I give them the money. Just freaking ridiculous! Worst service ever! This was the second time I have locked my keys in my car in two weeks and the last time I used Big Red Locksmith. They had to come from Omaha to Bellevue and they only charged me $60. I don't understand. Never NEVER use these people!!!!!!!!

*Do not call this place!!!* Well I wish I would of read all the Yelp reviews before calling 24 Hour lockouts. I was Quoted $35 and charged $120. The dispatcher was incredibly rude when I called them back to discuss the price and was told that the tech can charge whatever he wants when he gets out there. The dispatcher was female and lied to me and told me her name was Kyle if I wanted to complain about her. I definitely could of got the service done for less than half somewhere else. They have no number for management, just an email to send in complaints. This place is sketchy and should not be in business. I will be reaching out to my attorney in the morning.

They said $20 for driving out there plus $15 minimum to unlock the car. Just before he unlocked the car he said it would be $125. It took him 15 minutes to arrive and just a minute to unlock the door. Then he tried to get me to commit insurance fraud by getting a friend to charge this as if he unlocked their car and not mine. When I talked to their customer service, they said there is no reasonable limit on what the locksmith can charge. I asked if $4,000 would be unreasonable and then she said no, then hung up on me.Wow.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! They tried scamming my boyfriend out of $20 BEFORE EVEN SHOWING UP and is filing a report to his crediting agency because he is refusing to pay for a service he did not receive, she claimed that her technician traveled 24 miles in 8 minutes, meaning we had to pay or face consequences. On the phone with the BBB as we speak and we are equipped to make sure this does not happen to another soul. THIS COMPANY HAS TWENTY FOUR UNSOLVED CASES FROM THE CITY OF OMAHA. 24 hour lockouts, I hope this was worth it. Everyone we know will be hearing about this. Absolutely infuriating
