Went to the company based on the positive reviews. Great from the very first phone call. I had two windshields which were replaced. They scheduled me for the following day. Both cars were done within 2 1/2 hours of dropping off. I will do business with them again.

I've been here several times and I've always received great customer service and top quality work. Whenever I need windows replaced on my vehicles, I don't even look anywhere else. When you're scheduled for an appointment your vehicle is taken back at that time if not earlier. When you have service this great why go anywhere else. Thanks for going above and beyond

I called and set up an appointment to have the windshield replaced on my truck. They were courteous and answered all my questions and had the best price of the three that I called. I arrived on time and they pulled it into their shop and got to work on it immediately while I waited (I live about 90 miles from Omaha). In an hour I was back on my way with a new windshield. They have the best price, best service and their workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend them.

I live in Houston Texas and my daughter lives in Omaha. She just moved there about 7 months ago and yesterday her car window was broken in a smash and grab auto burglary. I called 123 Glass and Brian helped me over the phone. He was professional, helpful, and treated my daughter in a way that I would have treated her in this situation. They had the window in stock and after the incident at 7:45 am. They had the car repaired by 3 pm. Great people, great service.These guys are the best.

I had a rock that chipped my windshield and I didn't know where to go. After a google search I found this company. The man who answered the phone answered all my questions without me having to ask. No need to make an appointment, I walked right in and was out of there in 10-15 minutes. Great price and I barely even noticed the star on the windshield when I left. Lifetime warranty against spreading too. Thank you for such a great experience!!

I have used 123 Glass twice in the past two years, once for a broken passenger window and once for a windshield, both times the service was excellent. The pricing was very competitive, the turn around was very quick, and they were very easy to work with when I had a concern. Excellent service and I definitely recommend.
