101 Countertops

My spouse and I had been wanting to upgrade our laminate countertops since we moved to our home 10 years ago. We did some research, decided on quartz, and then contacted several companies to get estimates. 101 Countertops was responsive right away and Brenda came out within the week to do some preliminary measurements, see the kitchen space, and answer questions. We were impressed and made arrangements to visit the physical store location where we selected our countertops, sink and tile for the backsplash from the samples available. The faucet we purchased ourselves at Lowe's. They work closely with another business (Balmori's Remodeling) for the actual tile work so we received a separate estimate for that. There were a couple unavoidable delays getting started but it was well worth the wait. They communicated with my spouse (since he works at home) via text, email and phone. The work took a couple days for the countertops and a couple days the following week for the tile. We are so pleased with the result! I included some pictures and would recommend them to someone wanting to do a similar project.

Working with Brenda and the team was effortless and enjoyable. We selected a remnant for our basement bar and scheduled measurement & install. Everything was pretty much perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended!

They gave us reasonable prices so we ended up replacing all of the counters in the house. They were very good at communicating with us about measuring and installing. The whole process from beginning to end took less than a month and I now have 6 rooms with new countertops in my home!
