I ordered from here one night when friends were visiting. It's a no-nonsense pizza shop, which is refreshing because there are so many bougie, expensive pizza places around Boston. We ordered the Milanese pizza, which comes with mozzarella, cheddar, pesto, and chicken. This was really quite good pizza, and I later returned to order (again late at night haha) a chicken parmesan sub. I appreciate that they are very timely with the orders, and your food is not left sitting around under a heat lamp. This will probably be my go-to place for pizza in Boston!

Ordered from here last night on a business trip and the online ordering is a little confusing. I ordered a tuna sub sandwich and I didn't realize until the sandwich arrived at all that was on it was tuna salad no tomatoes no lettuce no kind of toppings. Usually a sub sandwich has toppings. The lady blonde order doesn't tell you any of the ingredients for the subs so there's nowhere to customize. I also ordered a Greek salad with blue cheese dressing the salad said it feeds 2 people but they sent one tiny container of blue cheese dressing (see pic)that won't even cover the salad. the dressing is delicious but there's not enough of it. there's giant chunks of blue cheese which is great but that won't dress a salad. There were no condiment or anything additional with the order. My complaint isn't so much with the food but the online ordering leaves a lot to be desired.

I loved this place for what it is and it is exactly the place I've been looking for near me for (relatively) cheap and great food. The menu is huge and looks like pretty much anything you get will be good. The biggest downside is how confusing the menu is but too many options is never a bad thing when you're looking for a big portion of food and don't want to pay for the places nearby. Service was also really quick and quality which will have me coming back for sure. The buffalo chicken wrap was great and way bigger than I expected which is a huge plus.

I have been ordering from this place since its been open. But lately the last about five times I have been there, this one guy who works there always seems to have an attitude any time I place an order. I said to him one time about how I wanted the change and he gave me all bills, gave me an attitude. Every time since he has given me an attitude that's rather unnecessary. He's not the black haired guy, is the completely bald one.For someone who interacts with the people, he should keep his attitude in check with customers. We are paying customers and we should not have to put up with that type of attitude and disrespect. Next time I will say something to him or will just report him. Something should be done, he needs a new line of work. I don't know why he is still employed

I got the absolute worst food poisoning here from an Italian sub, had to get 2 IVs and was out for many days. I called just to let the restaurant know so it wouldn't happen to anyone else and they never said sorry or asked if I was ok or tried to make up for it they just said they haven't received any reports of it and hung up as if I was making it up.
