I've driven past this coffee shop SO many times. I think it's hard in this area because there's so many different coffee shops. To be completely honest, I get tired of snobby service, a $7 latte, and an obligation to tip and a poor attitude if I don't. THAT BEING SAID Oliver Coffea was NOTHING like this. The woman working was SO kind.. answered every question I had (which was a lot bc she had a lot of unique flavors). Come to find out, she was the owner! She clearly had so much pride in her business and it showed not only in her customer service but in the drinks as well. All of the flavors were house made syrups. The coffee even by itself was so amazing. I can't wait to go back and try more! I got the banana cold brew but as a latte, my mom got the orange blossom which was DIVINE and my sister got a chai. She's picky and she said it was the best chai she's had in a while. All in all. My new favorite spot. Another thing I noticed and loved was that she had a lot of regulars and remembered all of their orders! Small businesses like these are so vital to our community. I'm happy I found this spot!

I've been Oliver Coffea a couple of times because it's convenient for me. There is no indoor seating, but there is outdoor seating. Street parking is limited. It's a great location for those who live nearby and can walk here.Service:The times I've stopped by was during a small rush. There's comments about service not being the best, which I understand. There is also only 1 person (the owner?) working here. So - one knows it can be a little challenging to juggle back and forth and making sure orders are not taking forever. Drinks: $6.25 plus tax I order the Orange Blossom iced latte 1/2 sweet. I enjoy the fact the syrup is house made. Who would think orange would be great in coffee? The flavor isn't acidity, yet enjoyable. The syrup + espresso + milk are well balance. I haven't tried other drinks here, so my review is based off this drink alone.Pastries: I ordered the Pumpkin cake and it was delicious. The bread was nice and moist. It wasn't stale at all. The pastry also wasn't overly sweet except for the cream? I'm not a fan of the texture or flavor (a little too sweet for me). All and all, if you're looking for a convenient coffee place nearby, check them out. If you're in a rush, please be patient as there is one person working here.

Can't say I was impressed. Service was lacking. The lady who was working seemed to be the owner who had to come in on her day off. She was busy talking to her regular customer instead of greeting and taking orders. None of the fruit flavored teas were available. I tried the black sesame latte. It was weird and gritty. Would not order that again. Orange blossom latte was more cinnamon than anything else. My husband wasn't a fan but he said my black sesame latte recalibrated his tastebuds haha.Taro milk tea was good and honey latte we tried iced and hot because she made the wrong one so we ended up with both. I liked the hot better. By far the best flavor we had. We had some treats as well. The coconut almond cake was very nice but citrus loaf was kind of dry and flavorless, I've had better.

This is the cutest little coffee shop in Hillcrest! A local gem located in the bottom of Eitol Tower, here is where you should order a gorgeous variety of yummy iced and hot coffees, teas and bakery goodies! The owner is super friendly and you won't have a better latte than this spot. Also, right across the street is cute vintage/bookstores to check out. Only open on weekdays for your important work-day fuel! Accepts cash and card, tons of outdoor seating enjoy your sips from Oliver!!

Food---After 1:00pm & still baked goods remain fresh as possible! Really like the pandan latte, it was well balanced and not overly sweet. The place is set up on a corner of a building in kind of an interesting spot. Seating is outside and there's a decent amount of seating. I would come back and try the banana milk cold brew.

This place is wonderful. Quick service, delicious drinks, and yummy sweets. It also gives a very communal vibe - as a newcomer, I can tell folks come here often with how chatty folks are and the interactive relationship the owner has with them. I love the small community vibe. My favorite drink is the pandan latte. As someone that is absolutely in love with pandan and wishes more place had it, I was so excited to see this place does. And it's a perfect balance. Not too sweet or too light. My favorite treat here has to be the coconut almond cake. It's gluten free, decadent, and heaven in your mouth. The coconut taste is very strong, which I personally love. I ended up buying the whole set one day for a friend's event and it was a major hit with my GF friends.

Good coffee and light bites. It's a small shop and seating is only outdoors. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town.

I've been coming to Oliver for the past few years . Its owner ran and she is so kind and serves up good drinks . Her pastry case has some delicious treats as well . Most definitely a hit with 5 stars.

Small business owned by very kind woman with great customer service! Makes all of her own syrups, drinks are amazing. We tried the pumpkin & pandan--both were amazing. Cute tables and chairs outside with adorable interior!
