Olive 8 Bagel Shop

I enjoy staying at Hyatt hotels. Olive 8 is one of my favorites since they have a spacious spa, modern rooms, and a convenient cafe.The cafe uses a La Marzocco espresso machine for beverages. They brew Victrola coffee and sell Blazing Bagels which are both local companies. Food is fresh and the beverages are delicious. Yah, it's a bit pricey but it's convenient for people on the go and it's located downtown. I had a Turkey Club plain bagel. It was really good! If you're a guest at the hotel and need a quick bite for breakfast then by all means stop by. If you're not a guest at the hotel don't go out of your way to come here. Just go directly to Victrola Coffee or Blazing Bagels.

The three employees were working their butts off at this hotel lobby bagel bar. Nobody was on the phone. Or watching the big screen TV. Or making Face Tock videograms. Or seeing what would fit in the bagel holes. Instead, they worked like their boss was there. And we like the coffee. Which is why I'm not going to be so hard on them for only putting cream cheese on one side of the bagel.

The egg bacon bagel was so good. The decaf latte was great as well. Hope you have other branches.

My wife stopped here for bagels and brought them back to our hotel room for breakfast -- the sparing amount of cream cheese didn't bring me value equal to the cost. What bagel shop leaves a tender light spread of cream cheese so thin you can see the bagel beneath?

used the 2$ gift card i got from the hotel. ordered a lox bagel that costs 18$, after tax i assume 20$ at most. i wanna buy an added egg for 2$ and the waiter gave me the most unsetttling glare. she charged me 5.50$ which i refused to pay and got angry and told me to just take it and leave.

7am is probably the worst. All business guests are getting a bite before going into whatever.My bagel sandwich was excellent: toasted, spread well, well made egg and sausage. The coffee was from Victrola and made perfectly.I will come probably just for coffee.

Weekend morning rush and the employees here were so accommodating and positive with every customer. Answering all of my questions as well as many of the customers before me and after me having difficult orders etc. they asked your name and thanked you by name and called out your name when your food was ready. I got everything bagel and garden herb cream cheese with a. Hazelnut latte. It was great. I got my latte immediately and waited a few mins for my food. This location is in the lobby of a hotel. Really great crew and experience!

Limited selection, but if you're really craving a good bagel, it's worth it! This location is inside the Hyatt hotel, so it might be hard to find.

I had an excellent experience at Olive 8! Great customer service and a good bagel. My latte was good too!

the employees were super nice, but the bagel itself was a bit lacking. i got their sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel and it was alright
