Friendly staff but expensive. You can sit outside while you eat your ice cream and there is frequently live entertainment.

Says they're open until 9 got there at 7:45 and they were closed. Pretty annoying! Please update times

After dinner we were looking for ice cream and found this place near the restaurant. It didn't look fancy but the ice cream (mint chip) was delicious as was the waffle cone. I ate every last bite. The service was good, prompt and appreciated. I will definitely return the next time we are in Old Town.

Sad to say service was bad tonight. Employees were more involved with their phones/phone. I guess they were watching something interesting. We were standing there for a while, when I finally got someone's attention. I asked one question and she went back to her coworkers and phone. The guy finally came to me again when 4 other customers came in. It's a shame the service is so bad, especially in this location.

This place is delicious and there is always a line because it's tasty yummy ice cream .... We love coming here and the customer service is great

We came here because it was pretty popular on a hot day! The ice cream did not disappoint. The strawberry fresca was light and delicious. We got a single scoop waffle cone for $7 and it was well worth it! They claimed to have fresh baked waffle cones and it was so crispy and delicious so I believe it! Can't wait to come again.

Their waffle cones and bowls are made fresh, but they taste and look more like sugar cones you buy prepackaged at the store. You can tell by the taste, the batter used is not good quality. The cone and waffle bowl we got are not as dense and flavorful as what you would expect waffle cones to be.They offer a variety of flavors. I tried the Coconut Pineapple, I might've enjoyed it more if the guy did not include a "blue" colored ice cream flavor that probably fell in the tub while scooping a different flavor. It just didn't taste right. Also, their whipped cream is watery. The sundae we ordered didn't look appetizing at all.

Their churro sundae is so good! They have these churros that have a gooey center, that I've never seen anywhere. The staff is so friendly, they brought my dog a cup of water without us asking. Please go here for ice cream!

The line is undefined, the staff is undermanned, customer service could use a manager to help handle orders and flow of traffic.Churros seem their stationed needs to be cleaned, good tasting though. Cleanliness of the establishment needs to be severely done, cobwebs and sanitation comes into question. A/c is on so that's cool. Establishment could use work.
