Old Station Sub Shop

Every time I'm in the downtown area I have to come here- something about the bread and dressings here is just so delicious! The service is fast and to the point. They also have a super cute large outdoor seating area.

First time here..My friend got take out for three of us. I ordered the veggie which was tasty but skimpy. I would have rated this place higher if I wasn't still hungry after eating my sub. It had good flavor but needs more ingredients...I don't like feeling like I'm being ripped off, I just want what I pay for. A sub roll with little veggies. I don't want to compare it to subway, but I get more veggies from subway :-(

For a hole In the wall mom and pops place I love it will be going back food was good dressing on the sub was AWESOME and the staff were nice and friendly

Since I've been traveling a ton for work, I've been getting my sandwich game on any chance I can get and Old Station hit it all for me. When I was driving there I was a little hesitant and then I pulled and this is exactly what I expected out of a local Phoenix spot. The outdoor dining, the inside decor, it was great. I got the station sandwich and it was delicious - loaded with all the toppings, plus avocado, turkey, ham, and Swiss. I also tried out the tuna sandwich, Italian, and turkey. You really can't go wrong. Price - oh so affordable! 4 sandwiches, 4 chips, and 2 drinks for $42. In Denver that would have been upwards of $70 so I'm here for it all! All in all, I know I'll be stopping here every time I'm in town.

Great fast service! Generous portions and homemade quality ! Posting a pic of the stuffed avocado that my friend got and I had a tuna sandwich on rye that will be two meals for me that's how big they are - yum!

Went in today and everything was great, the subs were delicious fair price for everything that we got. I absolutely love the atmosphere, I guess it used to be an old gas station and it has that american 50s charm to it. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming will be back

My brother and I had lunch there today. We wanted to see how the cleanup of the Zone is going. We had the Wednesday special sandwich and a pastrami sandwich, served with macaroni salad or potato salad and a cold drink for. $10.00 each. Y INoThe sandwiches were very good with fresh cut lettuce and tomatoes. Way better than average subs. There was a steady flow of customers, most appeared to be from the offices surrounding the area. The staff was fast and efficient. We will definitely be back to watch the progress in the Zone and get a great lunch for $25.00. Good luck to the displaced homeless people. Hope they take this as a opportunity to get better!Hard to imagine this little sub shop has been here since 1987!

I always order the smoked turkey spinach wrap with avocado and it's always really good. Fast service and friendly.

Not good. The meat in the sandwich tasted old. The older woman running the counter was rude.

Awesome sandwiches, been coming here for years. Really happy the owners of this place are doing something about the homeless problem in the area with their ground breaking lawsuit. Need more people to stand up if we want downtown to be a place normal people actually want to spend their time in.
