Old Hickory Steakhouse

Great place, expensive but worth it if you feel like treating yourself. I had the fillet, cooked medium and it was perfect. The mac and cheese was delicious and my mojito and old fashioned were pretty good too.I regret not getting their lobster bisque, especially after the smell of it came from a neighboring table. Great service too!

Great place to have dinner either on special occasion or before the concert at Grand Ole Opry next door. Service is attentive, personal but not overly so. Food is fresh, simple and tasty but it was nothing out of the ordinary. I would say it is OK for the price you pay. More on that later. Ambiance is great. The restaurant is set in the middle of a lush garden and is beautiful. That's the best feature. Well, overpriced is a new normal but $65 for a 8oz filet mignon is a bit steep. And that is the least expensive cut!!All in all a positive experience. $213 for two, one appetizer, two entrees, two drinks each, no dessert.

At the end of a long week, Old Hickory Steakhouse was the type of dinner and ambiance needed. The staff was pleasant and helpful with suggestions and fulfilling orders. The food tasted amazing and not what you'd expect at a hotel in Nashville.

We ate here last night and the food was fabulous. We splurged and got the 38 oz. Wagyu Tomahawk steak. Oh my! We love this place because the food and service are always excellent. But we were disappointed that the pianist wasn't playing last night. Luckily, we came back tonight for drinks and were entertained by FANTASTIC sounds from the piano! She should be playing EVERY night! I miss her when she's not there.

Dinner was delicious and our server Merzek was attentive and provided great suggestions. My husband ordered the aged ribeye and I ordered the cowgirl cut ribeye with oscar and asparagus. We also enjoyed the lobster mashed potatoes.It is a little overpriced.The ambiance makes it worth it .... If I could give a three and a half I would overall. Service was a 5 !

We tried old Hickory steakhouse belated birthday last night. Everything was amazing. Our server Tim was awesome and very attentive. Everything was cooked to perfection. I would say this is more of a tiny experience as we were there 2 1/2 hours. I didn't get pictures of the. Wagyu tartare but it was great. Pictured is the Wagyu filet, the lamb chops, cream, corn, mashed potatoes, crème brûlée, and the cheesecake. Everything was absolutely amazing. We were uncomfortably full when we left because we just could not stop eating. You can't go wrong with dining here. Oh, and the bread basket was awesome, fresh rosemary rolls, and french bread with incredible butter.

First; the area is great especially seating outside. The background noise may make you talk a little louder. Service is top notch-extremely attentive. Food was good, steak cooked correctly. I would recommend. Know the prices before you come. Cheers to you, will dine again.

Wow - what an experience.Del like we were inside Disneyland - pirates of the Caribbean ride for dinner.Worked with allergies.Ordered a 16 oz ribeye - it was good.Salad was fine.The appetizer local mushrooms were good, fried in a rotator starch, so they were gluten free.
