Best selection in state, great staff, and good prices. Also lots of great accessories. They have everything. The private lounge in the back is really cool too. Highly recommend this place.

Best cigar shop I found in OKC area. They had a great selection, customer service, and knowledgeable staff.I was impressed with their lineup and offerings from the corporate companies to the craftsmanship cigars.

This place is run by complete jerks who don't care at all about customer service. And its not just one person, i had a bad experience here from two different individuals, one i'm assuming was the manager. I bought a lighter that i ended up not being happy with and asked for a credit....not money back, just store credit. Nope...nothing doing. After telling me to come back the following Monday to speak with a manager, he told me they don't do returns or credits. Then this guy had the nerve to say, "i don't understand why you'd pick a lighter out and then not like it" Really, so you never returned anything in your whole life??? Unbelievable. It's ok though. i spend about $300 monthly in there and will never, ever go back.I suggest you guys do the same. Too many other places to shop. What a bunch of morons to treat customers like that for a $30 lighter.

This shop has an unmatched selection for cigars. Their prices are fair, and I like the no pressure attitude of not having some "expert" breathing down my back all the time trying to push different things on me. This is my "go to" shop and even though I only go once or twice a year, it's nice to know they will have what I want in stock.My only suggestion would be to stock more pipe tobacco. I know it's likely not cost effective as there aren't many pipe smokers left out there, but I hate having to buy my stuff online.

Phenomenal selection and great service. Mike was a huge help in suggesting some cigars I've never tried based on what I liked. Ended up leaving with 20 sticks, of which only 4 I'd had before. Just wish they had a lounge or bar to enjoy the cigars.

I am fairly new to the cigar hobby and have visited this shop twice in the last month. I have had great experiences both times, but unfortunately do not know the name of the gentleman helping me. He has been fantastic in helping identify my palate and has steered me correctly both visits. The selection of cigars is awesome and priced fair in my opinion. I highly recommend to anyone, especially if you are still trying to identify your flavor palate, and looking for good advice.

The wife and I recently added cigars to our list of rotating vices and have enjoyed learning about this new world of Dominicans, Nicaraguans, and the allure of the Cubans.Upon entering, the store was well organized with featured and discounted cigars on an island in the open area. There looked to be a "members" humidor area at the back beside the large walk-in humidor. The humidor was HUGE and stocked with so many choices. I had heard of some of them and even tried a few at the time, but most were beyond me in terms differences and styles.All that being said, this is where things began to go poorly for me. The prices seemed on the pricey side, and it took quite a while to flag down one of the employees. Also, I understand cigars, like wine and beer can be subjective, so getting recommendations can be tricky, but the employee was reluctant to name his favorites, much less something based on cigars we had and liked.In the end, we will continue our amateur marriage counseling sessions on the back patio while passing a cigar back and forth. I just see no reason to travel across town to this shop when there is a local shop here in Yukon and internet options.

I have been going to ZT for about a year now.I don't know who owns it, but people that work in there are most unfriendly people I've seen. They have a great selection! But it doesn't matter if you spend $11 or $450. They never say thank you!I'm shopping online from now on.STEVE

Customer service is horrible. Instead of being helpful and informative they acted like I was an idiot. They just kind of stare at you when you walk in.I don't know a lot about cigars, but I've been into several cigar stores were they love to tell me about the cigars and point me to the ones that I would like.

ZT Cigar is has been a continuous let down for me. Their selection is good - but so are other cigar shops in the area. The reason I am giving this place one is their poor customer service. I have visited ZT Cigar 10ish times in the last two years. I have bought singles, boxes, and cigar supplies. I have never been in during a "busy" time. At most there are 2-4 other customers when I have been there. I say this because although they were not busy - never was I offered any assistance in making a selection, greeted when walking in the door or offered a "thank you" or "have a nice day" when checking out. My only interactions with their staff has been: "your total is ____" or "would you like a receipt". My wife went here to buy me a anniversary gift last year. She also was roundly ignored by the staff. When other shops in the area offer the same products with better customer service and same prices, I cannot justify being a patron of ZT Cigars anymore.
