Everything about our visit was great beginning with the ease of making the appointment, stellar directions to the office, and the super friendly staff, including getting on the floor to comfort my scared dog. Will definitely be back!

Really disappointed the father was my pets vet back in 80s but this is not that anymore. Rough treatment of my pup and constant up sale or referral to somewhere affiliated with them. Just felt dirty when we left. Tried them more than once in last few months not good

We LOVE YHAH! Everyone from the receptionist all the way to the vets are amazing! We have had several babies that have required extra medical care over and above standard vaccinations, so we get to go to the vet often. I'd also say I'm a high maintenance dog mom, and everyone there is always so patient and accommodating to my requests and MANY questions. They are thorough in their responses and never make me feel rushed. I truly believe they act in their patients best care at all times. I can't recommend this practice enough!

This place has really gone down hill. They used to be wonderful, but since the beginning of the year it's nearly impossible to get an appointment or if you do, they are running significantly late. Due to Covid, you can't go in with your pet anymore. They can't seem to keep their phones working or respond timely anymore. My dog also became very sick and they were too busy to make an appointment for her that day. I said that was fine and I would go to Neel Vet Hospital. They talked me into going to Blue Pearl instead which was they worst thing I could have done for my dog. Blue Pearl neglected her for 27 hour there. I discharge her after over a day with no answers and them not doing anything to help her. I took her to Neel's and she was in and out within 3 hours with a diagnosis and treatment plan. I spent over $1,000 at Blue Pearl and only $300 at Neel's. I can't believe they would insist that I take my dog to Blue Pearl. Their level of service along with either referrals level of service is unexceptionable. I would never recommend a pet be seen at either Yukon Hills or Blue Pearl. Go somewhere else that cares for animals more than these people do.

I don't want to leave a bad review for such a beautiful place, but it just wasn't a great experience. There was an older gentleman I assumed to be the vet that was warm and welcoming and he even made a remark about what a perfect breed example of a Labrador our dog is. Is always nice when someone knows what a true lab looks like and doesn't ask if he's mixed with pit. Which is what the vet tech we met next did. I told her that he was an English/British Labrador and she said "someone fooled you, I know dogs and he's mixed with pit". I just cocked my eyebrow and told her she might want to look the breed standards up and speak to the gentleman vet before making erroneous statements about the origin of a dogs genetic makeup. But no. The vet tech couldn't stop with her verbal diarrhea. She asked me questions about what was going on with my dog, so I told her exactly what it was (as he's had this issue before). She argued with me. Told me I was mistaken and that he "had to have fleas to itch the way he does". She went into this long speech, where she tried to utilize vocabulary she didn't quite have a grasp on, in order to justify her reasoning to me. I was highly irritated. The vet came in and introduced herself and she was "okay". Not real warm, not very concerned, and verified everything I had said was wrong. I wanted the guy vet that seemed to really care. But whatever, my dog got the help he needed. Then it was time to pay. Ouch. Very overpriced. I guess that's how they got that beautiful building. We now go elsewhere, and I would suggest others do too. (Unless you have a direct link to older guy vet and can bypass "know-it-all" vet tech.)

Can't say enough about YHAH!When new to area and wanting a trusted vet, we were recommended by our daughter who has lived here and used this clinic. Our Golden is our baby and they have provided great care. Our Mali is so skittish since having surgery at our Vet back in Ky, Yukon Hills has been compassionate and soothing her fear. The staff are wonderful, follow up phone calls and even suggesting a less costly test( which was cheaper and included EVERYTHING I requested done), just makes it a no brained to choose Yukon Hills!!

I had no problem with the staff care at this vet clinic during appointments, etc. I do have a problem with the lack of transparency regarding pricing and how they handled my specific situation. I have 2 dogs, my chihuahua has seizures and we went through all of testing & costs associated with getting him properly medicated in 2024. My older dog has cancer and when I took her in for an annual visit/shots, they encouraged blood testing and priced it out for me. The phrasing the vet tech used led me to believe that the pricing was for everything (blood work, shots, and check up) at checkout the cost was double what she quoted. I was confused, but my dog is reactive and I was ready to get her out of there, so I paid it and thought nothing else of it. My boyfriend felt we were overcharged and he was upset. He told me after the fact that he left a negative review. I didn't agree with it, but I did agree the pricing was not transparent. A month or so later, I noticed my chihuahua was low on meds (he takes 2 pills/day for seizures), I called them for a prescription renewal and left a message with my doctor. The vet assistant called me back and stated that because my significant other left a negative review they wouldn't be able to treat either of my dogs anymore and they would only be able to give me a prescription for half the amount they normally do (6 weeks vs 3 months). They did not reach out to me or my boyfriend after the review to understand or explain the miscommunication, but instead disregarded my dog and the medicine he requires to be safe and healthy. I would've made him delete the review, but instead this vet clinic handled this in a disgusting way. Now, since the holidays, I've been scrambling to find a veterinarian who won't require additional testing (for financial reasons) to renew his prescription and a veterinarian who can help keep my dog with cancer comfortable as long as we can. I've never been so disappointed with the callousness and lack of care and integrity from an entity that swears "above all do no harm" over a review that could've been deleted. I wouldn't recommend a this business to anyone hoping to provide care to their animals.

Ive been taking my animals here for the last 3 years and Ive hit my breaking point. Just to go in and be looked at: 60$. And dont count on the "follow up appointment" charge of 45$ because I have gone in over 6 times for the same issues and am charged for a "new appointment" 60$ every time. And not to mention, I called to make an appointment a few weeks ago, they said they had an opening that day or the day after, I said I guess that day will be fine. Little did I know they would charge me 80$ "emergency visit". When I went back in after looking at my receipt, all I got was "yeah same day apts are 80$" like that was common knowledge and I said well can someone communicate that on the phone when making apts bc if I knew that I wouldve waited 24 hrs and come the next day. The front desk lady responds "its only a 15$ difference" like she didnt know why i was upset about it. :)As I mentioned above, I have taken my pet there for the last 3 years for the same 2 issues. I feel like everytime I go in, they do the bare minimum and dont listen to what I say. They hear one thing I say and become fixated on that. For example: my pet was vomiting every few hours for 6 days straight, not eating. When I told them this, the doc fixated on that she threw up her food at the start of this vomit fit, and the solution I got was that she "needed a slow feeder". She completely neglected that my pet hadnt eaten in 6 days and was still vomiting so how is it bc she "eats too fast"? The doc also didnt look at my our previous chart because she gave me the same probiotics as my pet had been on for 8 months, as if it was the first time we had been introduced to them. After 3 years and over 2000$ later, im taking my pet to a vet that actually cares about the patients and not just getting the biggest coin.

If you expect to take a dying animal to get treatment for then look elsewhere. Especially if you're not a registered client. I was in yesterday with a dying puppy that belonged to my grandson and they turned me away because I wasn't an active client. I was told they didn't have anyone available to see the puppy. You are an animal hospital and should alw have someone for emergencies. I had to drive two hours to my vet just to get anything done. when I walked into my vet clInic I was seem right away. my vet said that you were wrong in this situation. But that is the difference between city and county vets.

My dog had an annual check up in January. She needed a vaccination in April. They said they would first have to give her the annual check up and charge me for that- again. I explained the mistake and let them know I couldn't afford another annual exam. They didn't care because she needed ear meds the first time so they labeled her original visit a sick visit only, even though she had a full annual exam (which is what I specified when making the appointment) that I paid for and notes on the receipt about how good her teeth looked. I wrote an email explaining what I thought must have been a misunderstanding. At least two weeks went by, no response. I then received an email letting me know she was overdue for her vaccination. I then blocked their emails and will be moving on. Who can afford to pay for the same thing twice? Not me.
