Youth Fitness Zone

My daughter took recreational gymnastic here and loved it! The teachers were great and attentive. A wonderful and safe place for your children to learn!

Friday December 8th my 19 month old son was at the Youth Fitness Zone in Stillwater during their open gym time and was accidentally knocked down by another child. He hit his head on the floor that was not covered with mats near their foam pit and gashed his forehead open. Instead of calling an ambulance the man behind the counter repeatedly told my wife that our child was fine. Another mother who saw what happened had to call the ambulance to take him to the hospital. There he received 5 internal sutures and then glue on the outside. 3 emergency room visits later we are now in the OU Children's Hospital because of the immense swelling. The owner called us while we were on our way to this hospital to make sure that we knew that it was not her fault. She blamed the child, his cousin, and everything else to try to make sure we knew she could not be held at fault. We never threatened to sue or asked for anything but for her to make sure that this didn't happen to another child. She had no concerns our child, her customers, or anything other than her own ass. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE IF YOU CARE FOR THEM AT ALL!!

I can not say enough good things about this gym and the owner. My children have been attending for over 10 years. The owner, as well as the staff, always go out of their way to make sure all the kids are safe, but also having a good time. The staff cares for the children and look for ways to encourage them and make them feel like they belong. It has become like a second home for my kids. Do not hesitate to take your children to this gym!!! It is amazing!
