Great selection of coffee and non-coffee drinks. Orders are hot when ordered hot. The people working at Yellow Dog are personable and have a great sense of humor.

The atmosphere in the place was awesome. My only regret was that I got my coffees to-go. My my said the Chi Tea Latte was amazing and my vanilla latte was great. But the scones...they lifted this place to a 5 star review.

Service and speed has improved so much! It has always been good, but a few burnt shots soured me for awhile. It hasn't happened in so long! The long line is now a glorious sign of people making good choices, since a big 'coffee' drive thru parked themselves a few feet away. The baristas are full of great recommendations!

I'm becoming a regular again... Long long ago, Cool Beans had issues with the availability of their signature roast (from Elemental) and switched to a different roast--which tasted bitter to me--until their signature roast was available again. Not as long ago--maybe a year, I began to note my stomach hurt (possibly the acidity of the beans?) after drinking lattes from Cool Beans, so I quit going altogether. And it made me sad, like a breakup where you 'want the best for one another, but know you aren't a good match' kinda sad. I wasn't drinking much coffee anyway (every few months I'd get a latte and might have coffee at an event or at home occasionally), but I did reminisce about the wonderful lattes Cool Beans had given me over the years. And then...A friend informed me that the owners of Yellow Dog had purchased Cool Beans. REALLY?!? Norman is what I refer to as a not-so tiny town and Yellow Dog can be found at events and various local businesses. I like their coffee and appreciate their company values and since we provide locally roasted coffee for our business, I have purchased it regularly. It took about a minute to decide to go back. And I am so glad I did! The coffee is fabulous, my visits are becoming more regular, and the 'one-of-a-kind cups bring a smile.Just as the previous owners were, the new owners are committed to supporting our local economy. VERY BIG DEAL to me. So, it looks like I may have to add a coffee category to my budget, but it's worth it. P. S. They're still doing punch cards.

Looking for great fast coffee on the go, then Cool Beans Coffee is the place! Their Iced Carmel Macchiato is so delicious! My hubby enjoys their coffee with a shot of expresso too! Reasonable prices and great service with a smile!! Thank you Cool Beans staff for always being Awesome!

Love this cute place and their super cute coffee! They pretty much have everything that you could get at Starbucks, but for a cheaper price! I paid $4 for a small iced caramel macchiato. The small size is equivalent to the Starbucks Grande. Within 2 days of trying out this little drive-thru, I was back for more! I bought a hot vanilla latte this time. It was pretty good despite of it being more bitter than I was used to.Overall, it's a great place to get coffee in the morning because of the fast and friendly service! I hope they don't raise their prices because it's hard to find quality coffee for a cheaper price (college student struggles).P.S. Ask for a reward card if you're as addicted to coffee as I am

The coffee is awesome and strong! I definitely get that kick I need in the morning! I love that this is a local business with locally made products. But what sold me completely was their approach to the BLM movement and the way they are sharing the message with the community. Thank you for taking a stand for what's right. *Also I've never been more surprised/excited in my life to see blue whipped cream in my coffee

Excellent coffee, great employees, all local and all inclusive. Sereta Wilson & Kate Bierman are both forces for good in the community and they really strive to treat their workers right. (Get a cool bean Carmel for a classic Starbucks frappe kind of indulgence. Suuuuper good)

I normally use the drive-thru on Alameda since I use a walker. The employees are always pleasant and make my coffee exactly as I request it (Rob's Way without the honey is Anna's Way)!

Everyone that works there is so nice funny kind I love getting my coffee there. Great local coffee.
