I'll never stay in Oklahoma City again if I can avoid it but, this hotel was nice for a road trip pit stop. Yes, this room was $200 for the night, but for the amenities it was worth it. It was a pet friendly hotel (which is difficult to find a place that isn't a dump to begin with), and yes it's an extra expense for the valet but at least it wasn't too much of a hassle to get my car when I realized I had forgotten some items in it. As a solo traveler with two cats I had accumulated some dirty laundry, so it was essential that they had guest laundry available which was confusing to find, but once the front desk person explained it to me I was grateful it was near the elevator because it was two floors away from where my room was. (If you really need to do laundry, request a room on the fourth floor because that's where it is!) All staff were kind and courteous, the cleaning was on point-- there was a mess in an elevator that had the floor all sticky but it was gone a few hours later without me telling anyone about it-- and the breakfast in the morning wasn't too pricey, ten bucks including coffee. Considering how many bad hotels I've stayed in over the years, this place is a gem, but you definitely pay for it like one haha!

This hotel boasts an impressive lobby and reasonable room rates. Smoke and mirrors.The lobby is quite large taking up the entire ground floor. In the middle are some water features and a bitbof seating. Straight ahead of the entrance is a restaurant open limited hours. To the right is reception. A hotel store and a bar are to the left. Pay for store items at reception. Two glass elevators are at either end of the lobby.Only valet parking is available at thirty four dollars a day, plus sales tax. Each time the car is moved a text message asks for a seven dollar tip plus a convenience fee if you booked using a credit card. Order your car through text message. Check in was pretty quick. No housekeeping service for stays three days or less. You can however request this service the day before if needed. I tried to call housekeeping for more wash clothes and was sent to an 'AI assistant in training'. At this moment, it's not a good system. I did eventually get a human who sent us bath towels, not wash clothes. We went to the front desk to request those. Every phone call goes to AI assistant no matter which department you want.My reaction walking into the room was 'ewww' (not 'ahhh'). The color pallet is red and gold and very dated. The carpets are beyond gross. Stained, ill fitted and have a lot to do with the 'ewww' factor. A large window wall has both sheer curtains and light blocking.Bathroom was clean with two sets towels and one wash cloth. The tub backed up when you shower from day one. Hold down the handle to flush the toilet. One set of single use personal care items was available for our 3 night stay. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Hairdryer on back of door where the only hook is located. There are no hand towel bars or additional hooks for your clothes, bath towels, or toiletry bags.Bed was comfortable with king sized bed pillows. Sheets soft. Sometimes the room was stuffy hot, other times cold. There is a small fridge and microwave in room. A coffee maker had one regular and one decaf coffee tray. Ice machines are near the elevators with ice bucket and two plastic cups on vanity. There is a train station almost across the street and trains do run all hours of the day and night. You also have the highway and other business noises. Inside the atrium does echo and you hear a lot from the hallway/lobby during busy times.There is no in-room hotel info like restaurant times, spa treatments, etc. Never saw the onsite coffee shop open. The restaurant is open for breakfast. Asked about room service and was told to order food at the bar after 5pm. So there is no room service. Within walking distance of many restaurants. Public parking within a couple of blocks.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby and very happy and friendly staff upon check in. The parking is Valet only for 34.00 however there is a self parking garage for less across the building. Room was very clean when we got in however the light in the bathroom was not working so it made getting ready difficult. The toilet stopped flushing in the next morning and when we told the front desk someone came up to check but i was in the shower and asked for him to come back and they never did so we just went ahead and checked out. The breakfast is not free or a buffet so we just ate out. Amenities were nice though. Will not stay here again to say the least .

Family***Read before you stay***If you are staying here with a family or if you want a nicer hotel with friendly staff to stay at look elsewhere. First, as soon as we walked into the room there was a musty smell so we called the front desk and they simply offered to come spray the room with air freshener. Apparently, this is so common here they have the spray premixed and ready to go. Secondly, there were stains on the carpet and couch, as well as a rip or possibly a cigarette burn on the couch. The couch bed had sheets on it that smelled dirty and like a dirty foot so I asked for new sheets and a blanket. An hour an a half later and contacting them 3 times they finally brought them. The door does not shut all the way so every time a breeze or someone walked by the room it sounded like someone was trying to open it. Some of the lights did not work, no ventilation fan in the bathroom and stains on wall in bathroom as well. The bad thing this was a suite so I can only imagine what the regular rooms look like. Now for the second night. We were gone most of the day so when we came back that evening the room next to us was having a party and it smelled like marijuana in the whole hallway. I again talked to the front desk and asked for another room. Initially, they just offered to spray the area. Seriously!!! I told them I had kids and did not want them near that smell and they said they were fully booked and had no rooms available but they would send security to talk to them. Security showed up and simply told them to keep the noise down and sprayed the area down.The only reason for the two stars at the price and the valet service was great.

I was supposed to stay 4 days. I will have been here 2 weeks Wednesday. This place is awesome! Especially the front desk (Suzanne is awesome) and the lounge (Tiffany is great). Stayed here for a couple days and it was good for the price I guess. *Shelby William Jones* drove my car and didn't crash so that's cool I guess. The rooms were very old but other than that it was good I guess. The valets were friendly I guess. Not much else to end i guess it was a pretty run of the mill I guess.

I got my incidental receipt 9days after checking out, after calling for probably the 5th time. They charged me twice for valet, and I called back to tell them that was wrong due to us having one car! They fixed it and refunded me. I feel lied to and gaslit by everyone I spoke to before this. First I had no bill, the refund will be there in 3-5 days. Then, you still have no bill but it will be 7 days for your refund. I dont know maam call your bank we have released the funds, its not on our part its up to your bank. My bank told me that was not true. Call back to say my bank said there is nothing coming back from them. THEN I finally get my receipt, let them know it's wrong, and it's so crazy my refund was pending in my bank account by the time I got off the phone with the hotel. Terrible customer service!

Our first room was 98 degrees so we asked to switch and they were accommodating, which was great. Our second room we had to fill up the back of the toilet tank every time we went to the bathroom plus our shower also didn't drain so our feet stood in our shower water while showering but we had already switched rooms so we put up with it. You basically had to valet your car, which was $34/night. You had to wait 30-45 min for your vehicle after you requested it no matter what time of day and it smelled like weed after being valeted. Usually I like going to hotels and get away and relax but after this stay, I couldn't wait to get home!
