Woodrun Village Apartments

New management is terrible. The lady they hired is unhelpful and has a horrendous attitude every time I speak to her. Additionally they have doubled their pet rent since I moved in January 23. Want to bring your single cat? 300 dollar deposit and they take half of that when you move out just cause, and the rest works like a normal deposit and is up to them. Robbery if you ask me. Rates for rooms seem fair and they have good service calls for any apt issues, but f you if have any questions for their management because apparently they aren't paid enough to show common decency.

i still live here, they don't care about a singular thing here. we just moved to another apartment here since our roommate left and they were so rude about everything, our ac went out and they gave us one single ac unit for a 2 bedroom apartment, we now have a one bed and i have reported someone playing music so loud i can feel it through the floor and it moves our decorations and they wanted US to found out who it was specifically before they can do anything. they care more about how the outside looks like grass or the fences but don't care that the apartment floors are caving in, have holes and when you step on it you can hear it break more. there's water issues, there's ac issues, there's people fighting outside. there's people's dogs who poop and leave it and they don't care to find out who they just send out an email complaining. the ladies in the front office are actually so disrespectful, they want more respect from you than they are willing to give to you, they cant answer questions without thinking their superior or better for working there when all they do is sit and give attitude when you call and complain or ask a simple question. i hate this place and refuse to stay here another year, they do not care about anyone but their own apartment and how it looks and gets reviewed. that's why the 'owner' is replying to these reviews asking to email them like no, you designed a terrible apartment complex, hired even worse maintenance and office staff, and still refuse to come and see how shit everything is being ran. also the pics on here are also a lie, their 'wooden floors' are just sheets they lay down on top and it is literally peeling in almost every apartment. go in and step on every inch you'll find more broken in floors than any nice places. the pics are all lies don't actually think it's this pretty bc it's not.

I highly recommend this place if you wanna pull out your hair and lose every single hour of sleep! AC unit wasn't fixed two months into our "five month lease" at $1050 and nine months after our 15 month lease at $750. We experienced tremendous amounts of maintenance issues at these apartments not to mention toilet overflowing for no reason AC unit not working at all. Dishwater from the dishwasher backing up into the sink. And a dripping water heater. That they will not take any note of problems around the unit and will constantly tell you they'll send maintenance to look at it but not send maintenance for months. This place is horribly unreliable and more worried about ripping off new tenants than taking care of old ones!! Highly recommend you look elsewhere around Yukon trust me there are better options than this horrible place!!
