These apartments are really nice and reduces my commute because it's close to a highway. The staff are great and honest. Both Michael and Aaron were kind and helpful. Definitely worth looking into!

I got charged 50 bucks for a 4 dollar electric fee.OG&E made a mistake. office said no big deal they'll bill me the 4 bucks.They forgot to mention a random 50 buck charge. Absolutely disgusting.Besides these animals trying to bleed you dry with random fees and such, the place is like a 6/10 in terms on living here.The neighbors are what you'd expect. Parking is a nightmare and no one seems to respect anyone else's property. (your door will be dinged) if you want protection from the weather you gotta fork out an extra 50 bucks monthly and pay your rent in advance. (seems like 50 bucks is their favorite price).office staff hardly answer their phones and once you're signed up and ready to move in the demeanor changes.I once saw them deny an elderly lady some water in the office because it was "for the pool party".Disgusting. Frequent outages. Expect to have your water and electricity shut off often for whatever reason. I've also noticed maintenance likes to waltz into apartments like they live there themselves. (I pray they gave notice in advance)The laundry facilities are very unsanitary and dirty and I see something new every visit. Mold behind the washers, clothes and trash from the other residents everywhere. abandoned mail and baskets. And the dryers... these animals never clean their lint and 9/10 times the dryer will smell like wet dog or some other unpleasant smell that starts with an "S".Greystar doesn't have a good reputation and this isn't helping at all.

DO NOT MOVE HERE VERY PREDATOR. Bad management. Dirty and bad apartments. Constant construction. Worst of all HUGE move out fees mine was over 699!! they also took my deposit of close to 500 as well!

DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT COME HERE. I lived here for 1 year and they will find ANY excuse to suck money out of you with " fees " was originally charged $514 for repairs and carpet replacement, only the bedroom had carpet. Few months later they were charging me $1,020 for " price adjustment " on the carpet then sent me to collections. All they care about is taking money out of you.

Do not do business with these apartments, they are terrible.If you ever decide to leave the apartments, they will find things to charge you for just to fight you on leaving. They are a bunch of stubborn assholes, who care nothing about the people who live in their community, or the condition of the apartments they are providing, only how much they can extort from their tenants to make a quick buck.

The leasing agent I spoke with, Aaron was amazing at answering any questions I had while giving me an extensive tour of the complex!

Still contacting me after two years because they renovated the bathroom with cheap paint. Claim I owe 260 dollars in damage for the bathtub. Clearly, they used cheap paint when they "renovated". Do not let them steal money from you.

Moved in and discovered my apartment was cockroach infested. They wouldn't terminate my lease without buying out.

I just moved into a refurbished unit and I'm enjoying every sq ft! Luckily, I got it at a pretty low price when I applied, as well. Flo and Kelley made sure I was locked into the unit that I wanted and I was able to lease it just below $1000! The staff still check in to make sure I'm enjoying my new place (even though it's only been a week and a half). I just had to make this review to show my appreciation. Good job guys!

Great property. Flo, Michael, Aaron, Magen, Kelley, Troy, George, Rick, Robert and Kevin are all awesome.
