New ownership as of the end of 2023! Great apartment complex! Nice community feel and great green space and pool

I absolutely love living here because of the current manager and her team. They are always so accommodating and go above and beyond to take care of you. It's easy to tell her heart is for the residents and she absolutely cares.

Are you looking for an apartment that reeks of stale, gross weed 24/7? Are you interested in lovely neighbors that come to your door and threaten you for packing boxes at 12 pm? How about domestic disputes in the parking lot in the middle of the night? Do you like living in an 80 degree apartment during the summer because management doesn't care and tells you to "just buy a fan"? How about the owner pretending he's not the owner to avoid taking care of his responsibilities (his name is Amead by the way, don't let him tell you he's the maintenance manager, because he's not)? Are you looking to get your water shut off several times a week because of an "emergency"? Then look no further! You've come to the right place! I've only lived here a year, not even, and I'm leaving (early actually!). I cannot leave fast enough. I was pregnant during the summer when we moved here, and our apartment wouldn't cool, so all summer it was 80+ degrees. I complained to management several times and the issue was never resolved. We were told to buy a fan and to "hang in there". The windows are from the stone age, so they are as thin as paper from the Bible, so good luck with the electric bill since there's no insulation. I paid $300 a month in the summer time just for electricity. They're upping the rent as well, but have made absolutely no improvements to the place whatsoever. So that's really nice. My downstairs neighbors smoke weed 24/7 and since the vents are connected, so I get to enjoy their disgusting smoke, as does my baby! We've complained more times than I can count and it keeps happening, despite countless lease violations. When we first complained (several times) it was never even documented. The neighbors are inconsiderate and trashy. They scream in the middle of the night, play loud music, and then sleep until 11 am and get mad when you pack boxes because "they're sleeping" oh boohoo, the rest of the world is awake. So yeah, come live here if you'd like your sleep interrupted almost nightly, you love your apartment smelling like a smoke stack, and if you'd like to put your baby at risk of SIDS because it's so damn hot. Oh yeah, and then they tried to charge me for an extra months worth of rent, and when I went in to talk to someone about it they said I needed to get off their property, and they said that if I wanted to talk to them I needed to get a lawyer. They're terrible owners, and will avoid you like the plague if you have any issues. Plus, they have like 25 vacant units because everyone is leaving, if that tells you anything.

Very nasty place. I've been here over two and a half years. I've had countless floods , service issues with the place. Bugs everywhere service work order won't be touched for days but best believe when it's time for you to pay there at the door knocking. As of right now my down stairs bathroom is completely broken and has been in a service work order for the past two weeks. My lease was over so rent has shot up. Moved in paying 860 for a two bed one and a half bath town house. Only two years later and I now pay 1085. Pools in "construction" every summer, parking situation is all over the place. Just now it's a great place if you have no other options.

Most disgusting apartments I ever lived in literally crawling with roaches, termites, and other huge insects.They put a hole in my ceiling and didn't fix it for an entire MONTH. I hole big enough to put a basketball through. My toilet was taken out of the wall and wasn't fixed for over 24 hours because the maintenance man never returned when he was suppose to. The baseboards are an more than an inch off the ground because termites have ate through them. If you care about you or your children's health don't even set foot on the property. It's more than disgusting and filthy it's a health violation .

i wouldn't even give one star if i didn't have to ! we've rented from these slumlords for almost 5 months and i can assure you it has been the worst 5 months of my life ! Lady in the office is an absolute nightmare to deal with !! robin was actually kind , not sure what y'all did with her ! There is no mutal respect from them whatsoever, you call on the weekend when hours are closed ( but they work for an apartment complex ) and you will be yelled at ! No ACTUAL management ! You can call the number they provide for you but they will just watch it ring & ring !!!!! you can need multiple things done , put in work order after work order and they will tell you they did it when they know they didn't , they will make you re do the request and it's just a huge circle !!! Things will never get done!!! we've had our upstairs lights flickering when you turn them on , since we've moved in & still have yet to actually get that fixed . we had a leak from the ceiling and no one actually came out to look at it , im sure there is mold up there now ! our disposal isn't working and the kitchen sink is just filling the water to the dishwasher and it just sets , have waited for someone to come look at it for almost a week but they swear it has already been fixed , even tho i have not been home and i have two big dogs in my house i know they aren't going to come in when i'm not there . Also put in request for whatevver animals are under the roof and big surprise!!! that's not been looked at either ! BUUUTTTT , you're lucky to actually catch someone in the office when you go by . Don't forget that's how you put your laundry money on your card so it's almost impossible to do laundry where you live !!!! SAD

I am very upset with these apartments me and my roommate both my roommate has been here at these apartments for three years and I have been here six months the noise is horrible are our neighbors upstairs are so loud you can actually hear them peeing we have been without a refrigerator now for three days that is a long time we pay our rent on time if not before we say to ourselves we have to park around the corner and I leave early in the morning's and it's very scary to walk around the corner like that the cockroaches are just unbelievable I have personally bought stuff myself I would not recommend living here I regret it very much
