Wingstop

Wings are ok and had very little meat on them. Fries were bussin, according to my grandson. Staff wasn't rude but not friendly either. The place was empty, and a staff member came out and told them to turn the music up. She looked at me and shrugged. We couldn't even talk. Overall food **** but experience 1*

Nasty place!! Slow because they're on their phones. I didn't get to taste the food because I canceled my order after 24 minutes. I should have turned around when I seen how disgusting the front door was. SO GROSS!!

Ordered classic wings, corn fries and buffalo ranch fries for pickup. Wings were crispy and cooked perfectly! The corn was new to me and unexpectedly good. The place was clean and got my entire order perfect. My order was also hot and ready upon arrival. Did not disappoint!

Well, I can definitely say the food tastes like your standard Wingstop. Between the three of us, we had lemon pepper wings, fries, fried corn, and veggies with ranch. Everything was good, with the exception of the fried corn. It was OK but a little on the older side. Seems like it had been sitting there for a while, so it was kind of dried out. Other than that it was great. Staff definitely need to continue working out the kinks. Seems like a lot of workers with no clear leadership. Also, they need some serious degreaser on the floor, particularly the path leading to the restrooms. It was dangerously slippery on the floor. I almost fell and my husband did too. He said it was slippery in the men's restroom as well. I brought it to the attention of a staff member who went to go take a look. Seems like they are using the same mop and dirty water to mop the kitchen as they are the hallway and restrooms. That can really be dangerous when there's so much grease on the floor in the kitchen. Other than the slippery/greasy floor, and the stale corn, not a bad experience. I am super stoked to have a Wingstop in Edmond. Finally a good wing place that can actually cook chicken thoroughly, unlike BWW. We will definitely go back. Looking forward to seeing how they work out the kinks as their staff become more familiar with the process. Seems like they definitely need stronger leadership (or more practice) and more direction at the registers, specifically. The younger girl was on it, but the older lady seemed a bit out of touch. I'm sure it will come with time.

First the sandwiches I ordered was missing the pickles. I called to speak with a manager. He was VERY rude. Said mistakes happen and no apology at first. I asked for his name, he refused to give me his name. He said he is not required to give me his name and why told I was going to file a formal complaint, he still refused to give me his name. I will NEVER go back to this location. VERY BAD SERVICE! Don't go to this location!

Awful Awful Awful!!!! I would be embarrassed if I were the owner of this business!!! This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a restaurant!! I would NEVER trust the employees you have working for you!! Randomly filling orders not by the order they were placed, waited two hours only to be told 20 more minutes. The amount of free food your workers were giving away tonight from people walking out is an absolute embarrassment to your managing skills!! I hope you reach out soon so I can inform you of your workers eating food in the kitchen and drinking over peoples orders!! Health Code Violation 100% Complete failure and filth I wouldn't feed my dog from your store!!!! The store is filthy as well!!! I had to pick 1 star before I could post because I wouldn't give 1 star!!!!

Placed an online order. Got there and about 4-5 people behind us got told the were out of fries. One of the workers said "after this I'm out" talking about the orders up there. We waited FIFTEEN minutes after being helped for someone to come up to us and tell us they had no fries. We would've gotten a refund at the very beginning but instead we waited 15 minutes to not even get our food. Wasted my time and money. Not professional. They should've asked us when they knew they were out.

We waited 30 minutes for our food. Some workers were working while others were leaning up against the counter on their phones. We will not be coming back to this place. Horrible service and the staff does not care.

Terrible customer service, rude employees, and a general manager who doesn't address customer complaints & issues. Be sure to check your food or they will leave out half of your overpriced order!

Ordered online, drove to wing stop, walk in, restaurant looks completely destroyed, 11:30 lunch time, deep fryers are being cleaned, registers torn apart, trash everywhere, ask for refund, walk out
