I do not yet live here, but can say that they have been very friendly and quick to respond to my email and FB messages when I have asked questions. My only gripe is that the phone doesn't really get answered that often. I had to leave several messages before getting a call back.

Worst place I've ever lived! Staff is unorganized, uneducated and rude. Apartments were over very loud. I could hear everything everyone around me was doing. Appliances and carpet were old as dirt. Cabinets were falling apart. The place constantly wreaked of pot. Staff did not keep up with their own paperwork and forced me to pay for what I didn't owe. The pool was never open and the gym was always hot and the equipment broken. Nothing good about this place.

The office staff are so welcoming and understanding. They are always willing to help and looking to improve their customer service. They are always wanting to start a conversation with the residents and looking to get to know each one better. They really know how to bring home that community vibe!

Me and my girlfriend, being a younger couple, feel like we are targeted. I had a mini grill sitting out on the patio and we were told to remove it, so we did. I still walk around the complex to this day and see grills on patios.

If zero stars was possible this place would earn that rating. Very poor quality apartments that are very outdated and very overpriced. You have to tip toe around due to everyone being able to hear everything everyone else does because it's such an old place. The maintenance men were good but it would take them a couple days to get around to fixing your problem and it might take them several tries. The ladies in the leasing office aren't really of that much help. Be sure to take pictures of every little thing when you move in because they will try to milk you for every penny they can when you move out. Overall would never recommend living here. It has been the worst place I've stayed at so far.

I do recommend most people not to live here. Only good part about it is the maintenance men. The second we moved in it smelled like smoke, nothing to worry about, we got it out. wish there had been a heads up. We were told "there's going to be hardwood when you move in!" Wrong. We spent our entire year there with dingy gross carpet. We're told we could move in the 15th of June, 2021. When that day comes we can't move in because of cleaning? Well it was still dirty so I don't know what they did with that day. Our dryer was broken for an entire month before they finally came and fixed it. Maintenance men told us that they had not been informed it was broken or they would have come earlier. They raised our rent by $400. This place was not worth $1,400, let alone the $1,028 we were paying. Our lease is coming to an end and come to find out, they leased our apartment on the 6th of June, 2022. NINE days before we were set to move out. So we had to dig up our original lease just to prove we could stay there until the 15th. They're going through changes of management, but so far they're just as bad as Brooke and Emily who used to run it.

My roommate and I first moved in July 2017, we absolutely loved the staff, the neighbors, community, and environment. Unfortunately, Windrush recently went under new management and since then, we have not enjoyed our stay at Windrush and have decided to leave. Seems like they have nothing better to do then try and add on as many fees and give out as many as complaints as they can to get more money out your wallet. From what I hear, its a young staff with little to no experience but I don't have the time or money to mess around with it. FYI, if you're a college student who enjoys a little music and balcony sitting, the neighbors WILL complain and call the cops so either go somewhere else or keep it down. Hope this helps someone out.

I lived at this complex for 4 years and in the past year since I've moved out, it's gone through 4 different manager changes, in addition to the 3 that happened while I lived there. I know this because I just got off the phone with the leasing office to ask about a letter giving me "50% off my past due balance" (conveniently mailed during tax season). After moving out last August, I made sure to go back to the office to ask if we had any debt, they said no. They never mailed anything to us. I had to go there twice after moving out because they did not set up my forwarding address. They had distributed our rent to the wrong units and put eviction notices on our door at least 3 nonconsecutive months during our past year living there.Every pipe in our apartment broke within a month of each other, so we had emergency maintenance out to our unit all the time. But if you don't call emergency maintenance, they'll wait months to a year to come by, if they come by. They also went through changes in staff for maintenance. Our thermostat had to worked on as each season changed because the pilot light would only stay on when the heater was in use. They charge you $60/mon if you have gas turned off, which is $25/mon to be on.I honestly liked my unit the first two years I lived there, but after the staff changes and company buy out, the changes in quality followed PDQ.Don't live here, it's a nightmare. For the price in an Edmond apartment, it is beyond not worth it.Don't believe the leasing office. Don't take this review with a grain of salt. Avoid this place. If they don't screw you the first month, they'll do it a year after.
