In short with regards to windows and exterior renovations, I highly highly recommend Window World, Easy five stars.Garrett the sales guy was able to come out to do a free in-home estimate in a very timely manner. Garrrett was great, he was very professional, courteous, and well informed about the products and different options. Just at the same time he wasn't pushy, he didn't try any high-pressure sales tactics or try to make it seem like you have to do this right now NOW.As for price, that's going to depend on the size of your project and a whole bunch of different variables. Personally, I had three of the national, premium custom-made window, replacement companies come out and one regional company to quote the price. In my case as of doing this project. I found window world to be very competitive in their pricing, especially considering their excellent lifetime warranty.After I ordered the office staff kept me up-to-date on where my windows were within the manufacturing process. My new windows arrived at their facility well within their stated/estimated timeframe.When the installers arrived at my house, direct employees of window world, not independent contractors, or people they just hired for the day. Wes, Travis and David were great just like Garrett and the gentleman that came out to do the fine measurements for manufacturing. They were professional, friendly, and happy to answer any questions. They didn't even mind if I looked over their shoulder, a little bit, just out of curiosity of how all this worked.Now the windows look amazing, it just changes how each room and the whole house looks. I hope to not do this project over again anytime soon. But if I do find my myself needing new windows, I'll definitely give window world a call.

Walt Morris was a great service technician. He took his time to make sure my active panel on my patio door was installed perfectly. When he was finishing up, he asked if we had windows through WW. We do and have been very pleased with them. I did mention that we had some safety latches that were broken and he took a look at it and told me he would mail them to me and showed me how to install them. Window World is lucky to have Walt!

Researched multiple window companies in our area. Invited several to come and bid whole house window replacement (23 windows). Some never responded, 2never showed. Window World responded and came the day I called. Gave a good explanation and demo of their product. We had a time imperative due to summer vacation. They worked well with us to get it done. Install crew was timely, efficient, extremely professional, cleaned up very well and went above and beyond. We are very pleased and feel confident to make them a Must Have recommendation. Great value for their service, warranty, installation and product.

So you can polka on the glass. What I don't see is whether the windows leak after that abuse. Not a commercial that makes me want to buy the product. Even with a buffalo

Was unable to unlock storm dooe from inside or with key from outside. Service tech showed promptly and resolved the issue jiffy quick. This was huge considering the volume of foot traffic day & night. Couldn't be more plessed. So glad I went with Window World.

James installed my new patio doors A French door and a normal glass door. It was a long process but James took the time to do it right.

We purchased a home with existing Window World windows installed. Jeramy came to our home to troubleshoot a minor issue we were experiencing with one of our street facing windows. Jeramy was on time, professional, and courteous. Thank you, Window World

Really fast knowledgeable installers. Got the installation done quickly and neatly. You could tell Walt Morris and his Associate were pros at this. I highly recommend Window World, OKC, I have had these large windows in for 17 years and never had 1 problem!

We hired Window World in OKC to cut out 2 windows in the side of our brick home to allow more light to come in. We contacted Erik and he came out, three times , and measured and kept in regular contact. Jordan kept us updated with the custom windows we had ordered and then Jay came to do the install. He completely rebuilt the space, finished it off and it looks beautiful and professionally done. He also did a great job cleaning up and hauling off and was extremely pleasant to be around. Brickwork on exterior, which also had to be finished out, looks amazing. Manager also stopped by to check on progress.. Start to finish the process was so easy, was completed ahead of schedule, and my finished product on a 50 year old house looks like it has been there since the beginning. Highly, highly recommend!
