Wilshire West Apartments

Do not live at 6720 Decon Ave. apt 140! These apartments used to be called Tuscany Village. These are the WORST apartments ever. The manager is rude, does not fix anything. You have to call the office 20 times before someone answers. The apartments flood and back up. My apartment backed up 2-4 times a week. They never once fixed it. We put in our 30 day notice and got the hell out of there. Trash flies around everywhere. Broken glass everywhere. When they come by to "fix" something, they don't clean up after themselves. They never fixed our mail box lock. The maintenance does not knock, they will walk into your apartment. The regional manager hangs up on you and doesn't do anything. Do not move in here. Waste of money. Waste of time.
